I was looking for a string bag of a decent size and just happened to see an advert for Thought and Style. The size was just what I wanted and the price was great. The parcel arrived very quickly and very securely wrapped.

Caramic plantpot. Delivery good, well packaged, good comms but pot has several flaws. I thought it was 'seconds'
They offered a free return but its heavy and I didn't want to carry it ( heavy) so just kept it. Handmade.. badly.

The cutest little toy
I wanted to buy a sustainable toy from an independent retailer for my first grandchild, a gorgeous little boy. This was made for a little hand to be able to hold and I love him.
It was a quick and easy process and was packaged in tissue with no celotape which was brilliant.

Bras bowl which is not brass

Product is compleately different in style , material and colour then showed in the picture . Do not get fooled it’s not brass neither the finish is brass some black colour normal cheap quality bowl

Dear Nikhil, we are sorry that you are not happy with the bowl. The product description states that the material is aluminium and that it is a brass finish. It also comes in a brown finish, so it is possible that you were accidentally sent the wrong colour. If this is the case please send us a picture so we can sort it out for you. Of course you are welcome to return it to us and we will be happy to refund it for you.
