They confirmed my order, billed my account, and wrote "We will notify you when it has been sent."
Nothing but silence for months. Guess it really is a scam now. Glad that Paypal does refunds.

Did my order a month ago and still nothing. They won't respond to my e-mails... It is a gift for fathersday, but I'm afraid that I will not be giving it on June 15... Or ever at all... :(

Seems to have been taken over by a scam.

Shame as I ordered twice from Threadfox before in 2018 and 2023 with no problems for the mugs.

Ordered again in February of this year and after 1 week with no shipment sent and a further 3 weeks of emailing through the contact part of the site, got a slightly suspicious reply from Chris Goodwin blaming mail delivery issues on their server and that it would now be shipped. Again after a week no shipment sent and despite contacting still no replies.

Am now just ordering replicas through other sites.

Ordered a cup (and paid) over 2 months ago. Not answering any emails. No progress, no answers.
Seems to be a scam (collect payment and not deliver anything).
It is also majorly weird/suspicious that they don't have a proper online shop (where one can see all offered products) and that their sale ("one sale today") is every day...

After placing the order, the money was debited and the purchase was confirmed. But after that (which was over 3 months ago) NOTHING came. No dispatch confirmation, no delivery, no answer to my question to the support I sent after 2 months.

Ordered a shirt during a campaign that had a countdown. Shipping was said to happen as soon as the campaign ends. After one week, not receiving any update in the meanwhile, I checked the page again and the campaign was apparently extended and had a few hours left. According to the product page, it reached its goal, though. Two days later, I see that the campaign was again extended and had a few hours left. Next day, same thing. Asked their support, but no reply. I got my money back via PayPal and if I look at the product page now, guess what: 3 hours left for the campaign. Feels like scam.

Bought two doggy Halloween shirts from Threadfox. Prints were top notch, shirt fabric is very soft, and they shipped it out the order same day. This was my second order; the first time was last year when I bought a mug, and it's still my daily driver and looks the same as the day I received it.

The price was not as advertised on threadfox.com The shipping took forever. The customer service is very snappy and negative. *Update* When they saw this negative review, they reached out with a template sounding email, justified everything and gave me a guilt trip about posting bad reviews for small businesses and offered to bribe me with a 70% discount "on any product" to remove it. They also said that they include the 13.99 Mug in the price under the T-shirt picture as a "Starting at price". Not BBB Accredited. As I have researched this page, there are many complaints. Research first!

I ordered a hoodie for Xmas. I know I ordered a male 3xl size. I checked it twice. I received a femail S size hoodie. The print on the hoodie not even look like on the website. Smaller and you see the pixels on it. I wrote an email for the exchange, but they don't do it. They can give me a 40% off for the next purchase. No thanks! I'm so disappointed!

I received a high quality poster, however it was damaged in shipping when it got to my place. I reported it to customer service, and they would quick about their response and sent a free replacement which came only in a few days. I am very pleased with the product and friendly customer service.

I saw an image I liked on one of their T-shirts but wanted to see if they could do it on a poster for me. They went above and beyond to help me, including getting the artist of the image involved to help convert it into a poster. It came quickly (especially for a custom print) and is absolutely perfect. Very friendly customer service throughout (Big shoutout to Chris) and will definitely be returning in the future.

I bought a mug for a gift and it was amazing! And if you have any problem or question, they have an amazing customer support service!! Will definitely buy from them again!

I ordered 5 mugs from here in early December, and started to wonder why they hadn’t shipped yet. I emailed support, and they instantly got back to me to let me know a timeline and that they are made to order, so there may be some delay. Flash forward a few weeks, I got only 4/5 of my mugs (shipping error), so emailed support and again, instant response, with a tracking number for my missing mug. The customer service here is the best I have EVER dealt with, and really cute mugs as well!! Highly highly recommend :)

Was briefly worried about my order; only half came in, but the other half arrived a few days later and the staff were very attentative to my email.

Ordered a cup of mugs and I am very satisfied with the quality. Order was a bit delayed but I understand that due to current situation and being an overseas delivery (from USA to Spain) that was expected.

Ordered the Chaiduck mug. Came in defective with some scuffs. Sent back images to threadfox and they sent out a new one next day. Came in and is in perfect condition. Love that they take ownership of their products. I have ordered from other online stores like threadfox and got "no response/sorry but we cant do anything" types of responses for defective products. Would buy again.

I accidentally had bought the wrong size t-shirt and customer support provided me with a wonderful 40% discount, on top of the 30% from sale. I bought the same shirt for a nice price in the right size this time. I would love to see more designs.

I had a wonderful experience. I purchased 2 mugs off of Threadfox. Instantly, my tracking was put into the Shop app. It was very easy for me to track my items. I did panic though when only 1 mug had arrived. I messaged customer service and Chris Goodwin was extremely helpful! He sent links for me to track the second mug and wished me a happy holidays after everything was finished!
