The Crochet Moses basket is elegantly made. Delivery time was within the timescale that's stated. The price is well worth it due to all the time spent on making it. Had a small issue that the wrong colour stand arrived but contacted the seller who rectified this in a timely manner. Highly recommend

I had placed an order for a Moses basket through the Cosy Baby, back in November, expecting it to arrive by mid to late Feb. Long story short, they took my money, ignored my emails and I was left without a Moses basket.

I found the Three Little Cubs on instagram, and I wish I had found the page earlier! I would have saved myself so much stress and anxiety.

I emailed Fiona explaining my situation and that my baby could be arriving any day now, so asked how long it would take her to make a Moses basket, as an emergency order. She told me it would take around a week.

I placed my order late on the 23rd March and emailed Fiona letting her know and asked her if she could have it done as quickly as possible.

She immediately started working on it and told me she would have it done over the next two days. By the 25th she’d provided me with a tracking number.

Yesterday, on the 27th I received the most beautiful Moses basket, which is absolutely stunning!! The quality, the look, just everything is beautiful.

I cannot thank or recommend the company enough.

After my previous experience, to have encountered Fiona who was so on top of everything, provided me with continuous updates and always let me know what was going on, was amazing.

It was such a stress free experience and she reduced any anxiety or stress I was feeling about not having my baby’s basket.

Parcel took ages to arrive and then when I opened it the battery was switched and so had gone flat. Have complained to the company but no reply.

Advertising did not make clear how tiny this tent is. It's only fit for one v small child. Very disappointed. Have requested refund. Spent a long time trying to get it back in it's bag grrrrr. Bag is way too small.
