Our moses basket arrive within the 6-8 weeks as promised! After being let down majorly by another company I ordered from this company! I was not disappointed, the mose basket is really good quality and better than I could have imagined! Will be recommending!

Stained and flimsy
The plywood base was flimsy, unsturdy and stained. The plastic mattress was cheap. A refund was agreed however this was stated as the accepted standard of quality.

Hi Cheryl, thanks again for your feedback.
To clarify, the marks you referred to as “stains” are minimal burn marks from the laser-cutting process—this is completely standard and unavoidable with laser-cut plywood. These marks are cosmetic only and will be entirely hidden once the crochet work is completed. The other markings you raised are natural grain variations in the wood, which are normal and to be expected in any plywood product. Neither of these affect the strength or durability of the base.
Regarding your comments on the base being flimsy and unstable: the base is made from the same thickness of plywood used in our Moses basket products, these bases have previously passed safety testing which included holding a weight of over 15kg for an extended period of time. This is a tested and proven material, and we stand by its durability.
The changing mats we supply are made in a British factory and are all made with a waterproof, wipeable and non-toxic PVC cover which is filled with supportive nursery grade foam.
While we did issue a refund, this was not due to any fault with the product, but rather because your expectations didn’t align with the standard and clearly described quality of the item.

I came across Three Little Cubs after being let down by another company. Fiona was prompt to reply to my questions and made me feel at ease to order another Moses basket. I was kept up to date with progress until delivery was made today and I love it. The colours are gorgeous and it is made so well with love and care. I can’t wait to see my baby in it. Thank you for helping me out at short notice!

Amazing!!
Just received my Moses basket after a horrible experience with another company. Fiona was so helpful and amazing and managed to get me one posted out in a matter of days! Nothing was too much trouble, I’m so so grateful I found her she’s a life saver and I’m so thankful! Moses basket is beautifully made and worth every penny definitely recommend she’s amazing 🥰 can’t wait to see my baby in it now 🥹

Crochet Moses Basket
The Crochet Moses basket is elegantly made. Delivery time was within the timescale that's stated. The price is well worth it due to all the time spent on making it. Had a small issue that the wrong colour stand arrived but contacted the seller who rectified this in a timely manner. Highly recommend
