Partial order received

I placed an order on December 18, 2025 and received one item on December 26, 2025. I emailed the company on January 3, 2026 to inquire about the other item that I ordered and received the following response - "it’s still marked as unfulfilled, so there’s no shipping update on it. I’m routing this over to our team right now so they can investigate the delay and make sure you receive your mascara as soon as possible. They’ll follow up with you directly via email with the next steps or updated tracking information". I still have not heard anything. I will never order from this company in the future.

They rectified

Terrible customer service I ordered a mascara from this company December 23, being tracking the progress. It has not moved since December 31. And it is now January 5 I’ve emailed them and twice the response I got was that it was in transit.
Updated, they sent me out another order

During the holiday period, we experienced a higher volume of inquiries than usual, which unfortunately slowed our response time. That said, we can confirm that your order was resent on January 6th and successfully delivered on January 14th.

We know this doesn’t undo the inconvenience you experienced, but we do hope it provides some reassurance that your order has now arrived. Thank you for your patience!

Good Luck with this Company

UPDATE: They sell products that they do not have in stock, and never ship them. I ordered full-price products before Thanksgiving, and now, on January 5th, they still have not responded to emails. They confirmed they didn't have the products and never responded again. Their Instagram currently indicates that many people are experiencing the same issue. I wish they would answer their help@ email as quickly as they respond to reviews. UPDATE: After strangers on Instagram told me to message them on social media, I finally got a response. After 6 weeks, I received a refund. They seem to have checked out from Thanksgiving to January 10th (2026). It feels like too much. Know they're trying to get my review down. We are truly so sorry for this experience, especially after placing your order before Thanksgiving and still not having resolution. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must feel to hear that an item wasn’t in stock and then not receive further communication. That is not the experience we want any of our customers to have.

We also sincerely apologize for the delays in our email responses. We’ve experienced an unusually high volume of inquiries, but that should never leave you feeling unheard or unsupported. Your time and trust matter to us, and we’re very sorry we fell short here.

Love the products

I’ve been using the lash extension mascara for 2 years and love it. I have sparce eyelashes and the mascara makes my lashes look much fuller and longer.

Order Processing Purgatory

Update 1/23: this has been resolved. Once I got ahold of a human via social media, it was remedied super quickly and effectively- very appreciative. If I could make any suggestions, it’s to rework the AI agent solution, as it seems there is a disconnect there too r a bottleneck in getting issues to the correct (real) people. I’m in marketing, I love AI lol, but that def needs tweaking. Thanks for fixing my issue!

I am at a loss. I placed an order 4 weeks ago with you guys and it was delivered...but missing an item. I contacted your team and they put in a replacement order for the missing mascara TWELVE days ago and it's still processing. The same day, I placed a different order for two mascaras hoping it would get here by xmas. Half of my order arrived - again the Elena mascara is missing and is in processing purgatory. I've tried chat, text, email and all I'm getting are AI responses...it's absolutely ridiculous. I don't even want my money back I just want my mascara! And communication! The bar is in heck right now for customer service.

DO NOT BUY, IT’S A SCAM

They shipped my order using UniUni. Their webpage stated they only use Canada Post to ship within Canada. UniUni claims the address is wrong, I confirmed it wasn’t. Never got my package. Messaged customer service at Thrive three times asking for help. They would either ignore or give me the run around. On the fourth attempt I asked for a refund and they gave me the exact same run around. They just take your money and have AI respond to you. It’s a scam, do not trust this company.

Thrive Cosmetics didn’t ship my order after 20 days. I’m so upset. I ordered online and paid in advance. The problem with online buying is that you need to trust that the company is going to do their part and get the order to you.

Great Products, Excellent Service

I was skeptical about ordering make up online, but finally decided to try the mascara. I'm in my 60s and this works great, it doesn't clump and gives me great lash look. I then went and ordered the Instant Brow fix - it comes in Taupe which works with white/silver hair better than other brands, goes on smooth and provides enough color to make my brows look great, and natural. So then I decided to try the lip sticks and I wasn't happy with the first one I selected - the color wasn't great, but exchanges and returns are super helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is that the colors on my monitor didn't ring as true as I would like. However:

Best mascara and customer service

First off, I love these mascaras. I buy them for my daughters as well. They last all day and remove so easily with just warm water. Never have any mascara goo in the corners of my eyes and never get raccoon eyes either. Secondly, customer service has been awesome! My autistic son got into my newly bought mascara and literally chewed up the wand. I asked if they had replacement wands but they don’t. They just replaced the entire mascara for free, though! I’m definitely a happy customer!

I’m absolutely obsessed with this…

I’m absolutely obsessed with this mascara. It’s CLEAN, which is huge to me. The tubing mascara is so beautiful on even my short/thin lashes. Stays all day, doesn’t smear or run off, AND comes off easily that night with just water. No smudge mess or pulling on the lashes. So easy yet perfect. Highly recommend the tubing mascara!!

I absolutely love Causemetics products…

I absolutely love Causemetics products I used the hydration cream, lip liner, mascara, and lip balm. I have to say I’m truly impressed with the products that I did use today it gave me such a radiant glow and they will have a forever customer and collaborator 💙

Very impressed.

I was having an issue yesterday with modifying my invoice and contacted customer service. To my surprise within 10 minutes, they got back to me and offered their assistance to manipulate the order manually. They continued to assist me until my issue was resolved. I look forward to receiving my products and hopefully can say quality of their products matches the level of customer service received.

Very Happy!

I've been a diehard Clinique user and needed some new cosmetics, kept seeing Thrive in my feed, read several positive reviews, liked what I read there and thru the company's information, esp working with & giving back to women; plus, they're all natural products. I decided to make the leap and am so glad I leapt. This far, I've been happy with every product I've bought. I'm waiting for Illuminating undereye corrector to restock in fair. I'd stopped applying make-up for a long time after dealing with my own chronic illnesses and then my ill parent's, plus ill in-laws. All four parents' passed in 18 mos. We're starting to recover "us" time, so I'm wearing makeup again!! Having fun. Thank you Thrive, finding my face again. LOL I can go as nude or glam and feel confident, especially with my eyes. For the 1st time my circles are truly concealed. Enjoying this new venture! My husband likes it too. :)

Not a great experience so far…

I have been waiting to hear when one of their holiday lip colors would be back in stock, and to now find out it’s already discontinued. this was going to be my very first purchase with them as I’ve heard great things, but now hearing this is discontinued, it’s disappointing. I had requested to be notified when the color was back in stock, and there was no notification of it being discontinued.

Online support was so helpful! I haven't tried this brand before but have heard good things. It's hard to pick colors online wo trying, but the online agent was great and gave me multiple options that could work together.
