When I tried to update a page it gave me an error. I tried many things, but nothing worked. I should have contacted support sooner. They told me what was wrong and how to fix it with my hosting company. Just like that, it was fixed and I'm back to updating my site.

I've been building websites with the Thrive Architect editor for more than six years now and love it! However, I recently encountered an issue that required support from the Thrive Themes team, and I was mind-blown by the support I received. Horea did everything, including going out of his way to ensure I resolved the issue, even though it wasn't caused by their product, per se. I highly recommend their products and services.

I inquired about switching my payment frequency from quarterly to annual and this is the response I got from billing... "Kindly be advised that legacy plans like this are not eligible for changes between quarterly and annual billing cycles. If you still choose to switch to an annual plan, your account will be charged the current rate of $299 for the first year. After that, it will renew at the regular rate of $599.

With this in mind, we recommend maintaining your quarterly payment plan to ensure the most advantageous and cost-effective option. Please feel free to share your thoughts on this."

In a time when it seems most services and product manufacturers are all about the money grab it was refreshing to get such honest and fast service. I really love my Thrive membership and all I can say is that they have retained a loyal customer.

Thank you very much the technical support in no more than 24hrs after I contacted them helped me with my issue for some reason the plugin database was corrupted after I migrated my website and I thought it was a plugin problem. I did everything the documentation said first and removed and reinstalled the plugin on my site and nothing. I contacted tech support and they solved it in less than 24 hrs thank you very much !
