They took my money and didn't send the light.

Scam. As others stated, this Thunder Shop has taken money and not delivered on the goods. Contact your credit card company/bank and request a refund. The website is shut down.

I have been ripped off by Thundershop for $40.00 + for a dog bed I ordered online Feb. 25. They refuse to answer any of my emails.

I too have been defrauded after ordering masks on February 27, 2020. I have reached out multiple times ranging from March-present. You can file a consumer complaint with the California attorney generals office, I tried to include the link, however links aren’t allowed within the comment. I urge all who have been defrauded to file a consumer complaint on the California Attorney Generals website. I have already filed a Better Business Bureaus complaint, Thunder Shop never responded.

People. This website was a complete scam. You will NOT be getting your products you ordered. The site is shutdown...likely due to the FBI seizing the site. What you MUST do is call your credit card company and ask for a inquiry/refund. If enough people complain, the FBI and merchant investigators at your credit card company will go after these crooks. So do it! Call your CC company now!

I am another customer that has sent varies emails and have received no replies. I am a senior on a set income but I was concerned about my kids and grandkids when we first heard of Covid 19 so I ordered 5 masks at 19.99 a mask. I paid $113.20 and my order number is #119947. I was trying to do something good and was scammed by this company. As of May 6th 2020 I have yet to receive anything. I never thought something like this would happen to me. People can be so mean during someone elses time of need. If anyone knows what can be done please send me a message

I ordered a Galaxy Rose for my mom for mothers day on February 7th, 2020. They stated I would be waiting for 4-5 weeks before they shipped it. It will have been 3 months now as of tomorrow without a word, and their email store links no longer work. This is a huge scam, and I'm ashamed I went to an unknown store instead of the official store of the product. Mother's Day will be without a gift I sadly guess and I was charged as is-

Ordered a mask from Facebook add but never received it. However was charged for it

I ordered an item I saw from this co on Facebook at the end of Dec... my card has been charged $34 but still no item. Screwball scammers. I don’t see an email or contact # / no way to contact them. Order # 28372

So disappointed. I’m a senior on a fixed income. Ordered 2 masks in late February. Never received masks. This is my 4th time trying to get a refund, the masks, or even just a reply. Have nothing but time on my hands, so I will get to the bottom of this! How cruel , shame in you Thunder Shop!

Feb. 25 ordered 3 masks, 89.00 they stole from card, nothing till this day. No response to emails or anything. they are thieves.

Thunder Shop via Shopify platform. I order an item on 2/1/2020 and as of today, 5/4/2020 I haven't received it. It cost me $98.46. I have sent three emails to Thunder Shop with no response. I contacted Shopify and they told me they don't have any contact phone numbers for Thunder Shop. It is amazing that any company wouldn't have a contact number for a vender using their platform to sell products.

Product ordered in January 2020. No confirmation email or tax invoice sent. No product delivered (more than 3 months later). Likely a scam.

I ordered TWO x Adjustable Space Racks way back in February, with an expected 2 - 4 weeks wait....
It is now over 12 weeks and no arrival of my purchased & Paid for goods .....
I have been sending emails to info at thundershop.org every day for the past 10 days and YET NO response....
My advice to ANYBODY - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Thunder Shop.....

Total scam. 'Ordered face masks to protect my family and never received either the masks or a reply when I emailed asking for order update. They were well able to take my money though... At a time when so many people are fearful, sick, dying or dead ... SHAME ON YOU !

So I was duped to buying 2 masks for me and my friend for protection..Takes a person(s) with no morals to make money off a emergency situtation..FEb,27th ordered 2 masks never heard again and never received a reply..2 bad ..THis is not the only site that does this ..research where you buy from many companies out of China doing this as well.So now I see the new name is Thundershop Hollywood..go figure

Same thing here. Ordered the menu light for 48 dollars in December. No product no response. Website is defunct. They started a .co and it is down too. FYI the nebulight is 20 bucks at nebulight.com. So this other place was/is a ripoff.

I wish I had read all these reviews before... these guys are criminals, they collect the money and you will never hear from therm again, no response to emails at all, you will never get what you bought and you will never get your money back...
