Great to see estimated battery health information on the product pages (runtime using YouTube) which is super-important for used laptops.
Delivery was super-quick and so was their response to my query.

Desktop PC Purchase
I took up a flash deal on an as new refurbished Intel i5 6th gen desktop with a RTX 2060 Super OC gaming graphics card.
Service and deal itself was excellent. Very responsive, considerate and courteous email exchanges with Alex as deal was concluded. Generously offered additional discount and other benefits. Thoroughly recommended from someone who isn't pleased often, offer such recommendations or reviews such as this one.

Bought an ex-lease PC
Bought an ex-lease PC, shipped same day as ordered. The device is in excellent condition, looks like new, no case scratches or marks. Works perfectly, very pleased.

Great service!
Initially ordered and paid for an unsuitable laptop. After realising my mistake, Thunderstore was very understanding and helpful, and swapped the laptop for another, and packaged and couriered the new one without a hitch. Great service!

After a couple of emails it appeared that the laptop was actually working perfectly fine and the customer was having issues logging in under their own Microsoft account. The thermal shutdowns the customer referred to were recorded in BIOS from 2019 year when we didn’t even have this laptop. When we got the laptop we have inspected it and applied new thermal paste and de-dusted it, as well as upgraded the memory. This is what refurbishment process is. The customer also ran diagnostic tests which all have successfully passed.
The customer hasn't come back to us since we pointed out the above.
