Ordered some refurbished ink cartridges and was really impressed. Delivery was next day, and when there was a small issue the team responded quickly and sorted it out straight away.

We're glad you were happy with the ordering process and delivery speed, however, we're concerned to see you've had some issues with blotchy ink on the top left corner of some pages.
This is usually caused by the cartridges not being seated quite right, the printer needing a printhead clean, or the printer needing alignment after fitting new cartridges.
We've sent you an email with instructions on how to fix this.

Price was very competitive with Extremely quick delivery and to make it even better the toner fitted in & was raring to go with none of this 'have to do stuff with the firmware whatever' :) An IT illiterate user :)
