Tickblaze is a trading platform…

Tickblaze is a trading platform supported by Propshop Trader. This is one the most poorly performimg trading platform, with several bugs on reporting, often services will go offline, trades will not close or open in time and cancel all function will not work. Since PST has migrated to this platform, my accounts are not reporting correct status, reporting is doubtful, numbers do not match and most of all open trades will not close causing me severe losses. Over 20 tickets on various discrepancies still open, support is very poor and rarely respond.
Due to platform instability, my 3 accounts remain deactivated as trades will not close or open. Unfortunately PST continues to support, protect this platform and is not willing to provide an alternative and as a trader, I have to suffer losses again and again or get flagged for not closing trades in time.
I hope PST dumps this platform or provide an alternative so that I can develop trust and confidence in trading. For now my confidence and trust on TB is all time low and so is on PST which support and continue to protect despite all kinds of bugs.

Tickblaze Promotion

I am not a Tickblaze user, perhaps a protential one. I am a long term Ninjatrader trader with large investment in time and money. Thus, resistance is strong to switch platforms because, even though they both use C#,the software is not compatible. It is interesting to observe the development and evolution of the Tickblaze product and offerings.

Tickblaze is an outstanding trading platform — super fast, extremely powerful, and incredibly well‑designed. The tools they provide are top‑tier and make professional analysis accessible even for retail traders. The training material is excellent as well, structured in a way that helps you truly understand the logic behind institutional trading.

I especially want to thank Sean Kozak. He is a phenomenal coach, and I’ve already learned so much from him. His teaching style, clarity, and dedication have had a huge impact on my development as a trader. I’m genuinely grateful for everything he has taught me.

Tickblaze’s web platform is riddled…

Tickblaze’s web platform is riddled with stability issues. Trying to cancel an open trade is a gamble because the system frequently freezes up, and random, unexpected logouts happen constantly. On top of that, switching chart timeframes causes severe lag and broken candle gaps. I’ve already sent a detailed ticket to customer support complete with video proof of these glitches but they have completely ignored me. I'm happy I decided earlier enough to move to #Eddies Solution#. Excellence over exaggeration. Every interaction is respectful. Every payment is prompt, and every process inspires confidence.

Worst experience

Worst experience. Introduced via propshoptrader, its a joke and customer support dont response like other prop firms like apex or topstep. Stay away from them. Very unstable and not reliable platform.

More info than I can handle right now

I joined Tickblaze when Tradeacc transferred me over and wow, what a fantastic site. There is so much info here I can’t keep up with it all. Customer service has been good although it does seem to be understaffed. Family problems have kept me away from exploring fully but from what I see, there is everything I need and more.

Awful platform

Awful platform, useless support. The platform is plagued with issues making it completely unusable and support thinks they have some wonderful product and will blame you for every failure.. weird, I have been trading 20+ years on every other platform issue free… ok must be me. Stay away. You may as well light your money on fire.. would be more satisfying.

Edit: to their reply… it’s been 3 months, still can’t trade any of my accounts. Conveniently, right before payout eligibility. So you may have identified a fix.. but still hasn’t helped me. I get the same generic response every week… working on it.

Amazing Platform

Trading with TickBlaze since the beginning of the year has been a genuinely transformative experience. Jeff’s trading style is not only impressive but deeply educational, and the risk‑management principles I’ve learned from him have been invaluable to my development as a trader. With TickBlaze now migrating to The Syndicate, I’m disappointed that I won’t be able to join at this stage due to the cost but I still believe that where there’s a will, there’s a way.

The platform itself has exceeded every expectation. For anyone considering it, I can confidently say that TickBlaze represents a major step forward for traders of all levels. The variety of indicators and algorithms is extensive, and the platform’s functionality is exceptional. Features such as break‑even automation and built‑in risk calculation capabilities that even NinjaTrader lacks make a significant difference in day‑to‑day execution, especially for prop traders who rely on precision and discipline.

Another standout aspect is the education. The weekly webinars, often held twice a week, are incredibly valuable for anyone hungry like me to learn . They provide consistent insight, guidance, and real‑world application that you simply don’t find with most platforms.

A great deal of respect goes to Sean, Jeff, and Ashley and team. They’ve built something truly impressive, and their dedication shows in every part of the user experience. And I also love the response time when tickets are sent amazing.“No matter how fine the song, someone will say it’s out of tune.”
It can be frustrating to see 1 or 2 negative reviews that are clearly written by competitors or by traders who simply couldn’t follow straightforward instructions. That’s the nature of any good platform the better it is, the more criticism it attracts.

As for me, I don’t see myself going back to NinjaTrader. I’m fully committed to Tickblaze. I’m genuinely impressed with the platform, and I appreciate the team behind it.
Ike I said a lot of respect to the Tickblaze family please keep up the excellent work.

Has potential

Let me me start with what I like.
This platform has amazing technology! If you are a prop trader, their membership and access to their academy usually come with your platform. Really great education material. Their morning trade room is fantastic! Their indicators and algos do what they say they will do and if you have any trouble, they always have a zoom call you can hop on for support on Thursdays. From this standpoint of education and tools, you will not beat them. I am a huge fan of their Trendbreak Signal System (worth the money), in combination with their Swing Structure and Striker indicators (native). That is my winning combo.

Now for the bad.
The platform is extremely glitchy. Their web based platform has all sorts of server connection issues. I do not use it because I do not feel it is reliable yet. You need you use the desktop version which also has sorts of bugs and connection issues. A month ago my charts for stocks were not working, major stocks like AAPL. Just this week, on 6/8/2026, across all my prop firm broker accounts, I received "Broker Error - No such host is known." API Code: 443. It resulted in a rogue trade that I caught later when it reconnect costing me half of my morning profits. However, the most disastrous part was not all of my day's trade data was transmitted to my prop firm brokers. So, I ended the day with a net negative PNL instead of net positive PNL, even though my platform dashboard shows a positive. Thus, negatively affecting all my accounts and evaluations.

An easily solution for Tickblaze support would be to simply resend my trade data and verify broker logs, however, it has been days and neither I nor my prop firm brokers have heard from their support team. These are just two examples of some major issues I have had. The most common is data disconnecting, which is horrifying if you are in a trade.

So my final evaluation is that Tickblaze has amazing potential but is lacking on execution. Until they can work out the bugs of their current products and timely support their current users, I would not recommend this platform.

I have been trading live with Jeff…

Been in Strategic Traders with Mike and I have been trading live with Jeff using the One‑and‑Done strategy at market open, followed by order flow and Striker levels. The approach is exceptionally streamlined, and as long as you maintain disciplined risk management, it’s hard to go wrong.
I also completed the Order Flow Boot-camp with Shawn and Jeff, which has been a true game‑changer, totally simplifying order-flow. The depth of insight, the structure of the material, and the practical application make it well worth the investment. I genuinely wouldn’t want add more to this I suppose the less the more.

So far I haven’t been able to load more…

So far I haven’t been able to load more than one algo and that was for
One day. System doesn’t seem all that intuitive and getting a little frustrated

Actually I contacted support a second time at which pint they were extremely helpful, no complaints about their service. My initial feedback about set up though still stands, I am struggling with loading the other algos. I will reach out to support again for further assistance

Wait at least a year before using this platform

Tickblaze is the prettiest, most powerful, versatile trading platform that I have ever seen in over 20 years of trading. To bad it does not work consistently. Two major complaints: 1) charts paint about 5-10 seconds behind actual price moves, while trading the NQ you can imagine what a disaster this becomes rather quickly; 2) platform has a huge, acknowledged glitch that will not allow you to close a trade, when trying to close the trade, the platform immediately reopens the position. Nothing you can do to stop this until all your money is gone (or you reach the stop limit for a prop trader account).

Customer service is very good, quick, responsive, helpful. That is small consolation when your money is gone.

My suggestion, come back in a year and give this platform a try after it has become more stable.

The Tickblaze web platform is very…

The Tickblaze web platform is very unstable. When I place a trade and try to cancel it, the platform often won't let me. Sometimes it logs me out unexpectedly. When switching time frames, the candles frequently show gaps or become very laggy.

I have already contacted support about these issues and even provided video evidence, but I have not received a response.

At the very least, please provide an update. If the web platform is known to have issues, let users know, recommend not using it, or suggest an alternative platform until the problems are resolved.
