Hedge Fund Software with a Retail Environment

Recently, the Tickblaze software platform has left behind its BETA badge and graduated into a full production build. Being one of the very first beta testers when Tickblaze (then Neurostreet) purchased the software architecture, I have watched it evolve before my very eyes as well as having the absolute pleasure of helping to shape the evolution of the platform I now use today.

I have used many, many trading platforms and software over the years and I must say that now that Tickblaze has gotten itself airborne and is in forward motion, I have become much more comfortable with its design, ease of use and predictability of reliability.

Tickblaze is a FREE to use platform.

All you need to do is get yourself over to the Tickblaze website and download it.

It's extremely light weight and the core modules don't interact completely with the Windows OS core files (Windows 11) meaning, upgrades (which are frequent as new features and reliability enhancements are continuously being implemented) are easily installed and uninstalled should a rollback be needed.

The menus are easily accessed and navigation is so simple that... well, a child can navigate with the simplest of ease.

There's a full blown Community where Tickblaze users can gather and exchange ideas regarding their trading techniques, trade strategies and you'll have access to literally thousands of Live Trade posts from thousands of Tickblaze users.

And Oh, did I mention, within the community there are sub forums and designated threads dedicated to literally hundreds upon hundreds of FREE scripts and strategies that can easily be imported into the Tickblaze Platform. The Tickblaze support staff is very knowledgeable and proactive in wanted to satisfy the clients that have put their faith and trust into this software platform,

So, to avoid further sounding like a Crazy Eddie commercial, I'll leave you with this. Should you have any questions, support related regarding technical or other, you may just be fortunate enough to receive your response via Cristy P. - one of the Best if not 'THE BEST' IMHO. She is the Ambassador of information presentation, resolution times and conveys her messages with the utmost sincerity.

I can go on and on, but I won't. You 'need' to get yourself a copy of this software, get familiar with it and get yourself registered with the Tickblaze community.

What are you still doing here.... MOVE!!!

I am relatively new to Tickblaze having transitioned to them during their aquisition of Trade Acc last year. This was a blessing for me. They are clearly the leader in innovation and trading education led by Sean Kozac, whose single minded passion for all things trading is contagious, and whose vision is for Tickblaze and Propshop trader to lead trading, particularly the lot of the retail day trader, to the next level of professionalism. I would have been lost to trading had I not found myself with Tickblaze and feel that being with this organisation will result in me becoming a career trader not just someone blindly dabbling in the markets. With the influx of YouTube commentary and abundance of dubious information out there, Tickblaze offers structure and a clear path forward for those who want to commit. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding customer service.

Mr. William was on time, patient and remain professional the entire time. He solved the problem I was having with order pad, order-flow-Pack with no time. He downloaded the updated software needed and the problem goes away. I am so much grateful for his service, kindness and patience to get job done. Tickblaze customer service personnel are the best in my own opinion. They are quick to respond, take customer concern at heart while working in the background to solve real issue traders face on a daily basis.

Moving on to another platform

I have been using Tickblaze for approximately five months. Initially, I was optimistic about its functionality, particularly the potential integration between algorithmic and discretionary trading. I also invested a significant amount of time and money into building tools within the platform to enhance my trading confluence.

However, my overall experience has been disappointing.

While development appears to be ongoing, the platform struggles with performance. Handling tick data is noticeably slow, and loading charts—especially instruments like NQ—takes significantly longer compared to other trading platforms.

Frequent software updates are another concern. Although updates are released regularly, they often introduce new bugs. These issues typically take several days to resolve, which disrupts trading continuity. The most problematic component is the trade copier, which seems to be the last feature to be fixed after updates. I have repeatedly experienced inconsistencies, including trades being executed that are not visible on the parent account. In some cases, the copier shows no activity, yet logs indicate unfilled or pending orders.

This is particularly concerning given that the trade copier is heavily promoted—especially through joint events with Propshoptrader—as a reliable solution for managing multiple accounts. Based on my experience, it is more likely to cause frustration. There have been instances where I believed all accounts were flattened and orders cancelled, only to later discover unexpected positions had been opened.

Due to these issues, I have decided to move to another platform. My recommendation is to consider more established alternatives with a longer track record of stability and reliability.

Balance are very importance for trades! I made those profit trade by trade, very demanding and stressful! You should BE CAREFUL when remove those trades RATHER THAN MADE IT WRONG!
