I like how fast ticket box responds to their clients. Never had any issues concerning booking.

Very bad event management organisation.. they don’t give you the seat you chose on the map. My seat number was missing. The sold tickets more than the hall could accommodate, greedy people. They turn off review on fb

The Rishab concert was the worst ever one organized in mauritius, this organisation only cares about profit and will consistently disappoint you. It was so bad so much so that the performer himself called them out, no chairs available, chaotic, amateur , garbage organizers.

Very Bad organization for the event " Sitar for Mental Health" by Reshab. No a/c, no parking.

The tickets were purchased for a Halloween party scheduled on 30/10/2025.
On 14thor 21st September, I bought 4 Early Bird tickets after seeing the organiser’s advertisement stating that there were “only 10 tickets left”.
This information was false and misleading, as the event did not proceed as presented and a refund was promised but never processed.
Despite several follow-ups, Ticketbox.mu has failed to refund me for over 4 months.

Very satisfied with the service delivered. Will surely book again soon. Thanks to the team namely Mr Chundun and Mila also.

The response from the team was super quick,booking was hassle free,reshma was extremely helpful with processing payment and so happy that we managed to book what we wanted for the preferred date,will.book again through ticketbox.

Terrible experience. Purchased tickets for a cancelled Halloween event in October. Despite being promised a refund within a month, it is now January 2026and I have received nothing. I’ve called multiple times and been given empty promises of callbacks that never happen. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Unreliable and poor customer support.
