Prompt and polite service from Mr Chundun for hotel reservation

I book my vaccation by platform ticket box without any problem where my vaccation goes very well with my family. Thanks for concern our details wile booking.

I made a flight booking to Dubai with Reshma.
She's very professional, always willing to help, she made sure I got the flight I wanted despite some difficulties faced earlier, she stayed to help me from 7 pm to 11 pm on a FRIDAY NIGHT
I'm super grateful to have had her to assist me

As for the hotel, I just went to Outrigger Beach Resort for my daughter's birthday. Everything was top-notch . The room, the food, the drinks. The hotel staff were always helpful and very polite.
I would recommend the hotel. It is the place to be if you want to give yourself a break.

Hats off to Nusrat from ticketbox for her professionalism and proactivity. She helped me to book a last minute hotel stay at so sofitel and thanks to her, I got early check in and late checkout.
The hotel is very clean, calm and peaceful environment.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
I BOOKED A SPA PACKAGE FOR MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY AT HILTON HOTEL AND WHEN I GOT HERE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BOOKING FROM TICKET BOX. Just imagine! I just announced the surprise to her and seconds later the security says that they do not have any reservations! I could see the deception in my mother’s eyes! I am extremely disappointed!
We tried to call ticket box but apparently they do not work on Sunday! The cherry on the cake!
