I am still waiting for confirmation that my policy is live. I have sent everything requested and chased multiple times but I have been ignored. Very disappointing service and poor user experience.

In a world of red tape and over complicated processing of the most basic tasks, I found this incredibly easy to deal with, details entered online, quote produced, plenty of options to pay with and job done, peace of mind and good value for money in my opinion.
