Unfortunately the customer gave an incorrect address. Item was returned to sender. despite many emails to contact with no reply, Eventually made contact and resent the item and its been delivered.

Made a mistake with my first purchase from them and their prompt response and help in rectifying it was fantastic.
Have already purchased a second item and love both pieces of furniture, will definitely be using this company again.

EXCELLENT Value for money and Fast delivery

Well made piece of furniture…but
Well made piece of furniture. However do to the weight of the unit this should not be a floating unit. I have to purchase additional gallows brackets to support the unit off the wall.

Wasn't happy cas the time of delivery…
Wasn't happy cas the time of delivery was not the same as the delivery guys so didn't. Get my wardrobe until the third delivery as kept missing them had to take half a day off so I didn't miss my delivery

I hope your product meets your expectations, apologies that the delivery did not. Sometimes this is outside our control. We agree the driver did not hit the time of delivery on the first attempt.
The Courier does send out email alerts and text messages and you are able to change the date of delivery via the Courier app.

Incorrect cover received. Satisfactory conclusion.
Unfortunately the cushion cover I received was not the size I ordered,i.e I received a, cover 22"×22" when I ordered 18"×18. Also when I emailed to report this and a further email with photographic evidence, I have not received a reply or acknowledgement. When will I receive the correct cover please?
Update:
There has been a very satisfactory conclusion to this matter as I have now received a very apologetic letter from the company and they have sent me the the correct size cover. My emails were found in spam.

Did not receive initial Customer Communication, communicated with the customer when notification received, We Resolved the Size issue and resent the correct size with next day delivery and refunded the original purchase. Hopefully Customer agrees that good aftercare was received.
Quality product
