Incorrect cover received. Satisfactory conclusion.
Unfortunately the cushion cover I received was not the size I ordered,i.e I received a, cover 22"×22" when I ordered 18"×18. Also when I emailed to report this and a further email with photographic evidence, I have not received a reply or acknowledgement. When will I receive the correct cover please?
Update:
There has been a very satisfactory conclusion to this matter as I have now received a very apologetic letter from the company and they have sent me the the correct size cover. My emails were found in spam.

Did not receive initial Customer Communication, communicated with the customer when notification received, We Resolved the Size issue and resent the correct size with next day delivery and refunded the original purchase. Hopefully Customer agrees that good aftercare was received.
