Customer service quick to reply and storage box delivered as advised.
Would have been better if 2 person delivery team due to weight of box.

Ordered shed took over 4 weeks to arrive delivery wrong box so had up lift came for shed after 1 week

Arrived in good time . Lovely lads delivering . Keter shed up now and just as described . Fits in well into the whole garden . Shed’s are not attractive, but this one ( Keter artisan grey ) is not ugly 😂
It’s bigger than I imagined and will be great when I de clutter my garage !

I received this shed yesterday on delivery date. Delivery men were both helpful and polite. They did struggle a bit with the size of the shed. Haven't given given them five star as I haven't yet opened the boxes to inspect item as I am on my own and will need help to do so.

I ordered the item 2 weeks ago , keter sheed was the item , and today i get in touch with tidex , and they told me is shipment delays from the main brand keter , but TIDEX supposed to have the responsibility to notify me about any further changes, and i recive nothing from them!
