The product arrived damaged. It can happen but for 3 weeks Tiedex is unclear in his restitution.

Never heard of this vendor before but they seemed to be offering a fair price. Not so hot with the communications but the monitor was delivered before I had a chance to ask when it might be here.
A great seller

I purchased tent and it is no good In light winds the poles fold back in on themselves. It therefore collapsed on top of my severley disabled daughter inthe middle of the night causing 3 of us to have to pack up and go home. I used once and its not fit for purpose.

I contacted tiedex and they now seem to be ignoring me nice aye? It's no fun trying to get a wheelchair bound 15 Yr old girl out of a collapsed tent at 1 am.

Tiedex have now got back to me offering a refund just hope they don't expect me to pay postage we'll see

Paid 400 pound sterling to get play area delivered and a week after 3 of the boxes arrived we are still waiting on the fourth box.
Disgraceful.

Good price on item which came in Costco packing? No problems though but parcelforce had it for 6 days before they delivered it

The product I received was fine however I had ordered a different product which was showing as in stock. I received an email telling me it wasn’t in stock but there was an alternative. I had to accept the alternative as I needed the product by a certain time, and that product is fine. My only frustration is I didn’t get my optimal choice due to availability being advertised when it wasn’t.

Very satisfied overall. Would have been good to have had a little more communication about the shipping though (but it all went smoothly).

Amazing service! Our Coleman Deluxe Event Shelter arrived well boxed after being shipped from England to Canada in good time! We haven't put it up yet, but everything appears to be included in the shipment.
