Could the bumpers on the holster be screwed in place? I’ve lost two locks because they fall off eventually and the lock isn’t as secure then… my only complaint. Otherwise I love this lock (obviously, I’m on my third).

Great service whenever I’ve lost a key or lock. Very happy with my bike locks. Have has two locks for 4-5 years.

Shopping through the different options was simple and easy to compare products on the website. Shipping was fast too, so i got my onewheel lock in quickly and use it almost daily. It feels secure, it’s easy to use, and adds almost no weight or bulk to my ride.

Communication was good, product is solid and the discount code was great! :-)

This was my second purchase of a TiGr bike lock, replacing a stolen ebike (when I did not use the lock, alas). Only disappointment was not being able to get the replacement as Titanium, but so goes the world. Purchase was clear, came on time, well packaged, and with central key registration function.

Maybe their product is ok but I never received it - they couldn't write address properly so it was sent back after I managed to pay custom fees. They didn't show much interest in making this right, sometimes they would respond to the email with few days delay which was annoying. This made me ask for a refund and they didn't refund E 30 for shipment which they made the error on in the first place!

I had to go twice to get my keys, but the first time the parcel got lost on delivery. Well now I have my keys, but more than 50$ us for 2 keys is a bit expensive. Other suppliers give up to 5 keys with the purchase of a padlock. Yours is particularly good and very light, but twice the price of a good regular padlock. If you lose just one key, it becomes a problem. Seriously, you should provide more than 2 keys when you buy a padlock. For a padlock of this price, it's a little extra that will be appreciated by your customers.

Recently my bike has been stolen...but not my TiGr lock ! My fault because that time I attached the bike by the fork, something I usually never do. So all I had to do was buy another bike and a new lock holder.

Terrific lock...light and strong! Sharp looking also.Easy to carry with the provided custom holder.

Easy five star. I've had a total of four TiGr locks now, beginning with when they first started out. All of them are still in service. Their communications, responsiveness and promptness in shipping are all excellent. As an added bonus, they're a father and son company actually based in the U.S. They can't be beat in terms of weight to performance. Worth every penny. A gold standard in bike locks.

The whole story: great product, was frustrated that I lost the lock cylinder, happy to learn I could replace it, so I did, purchase easy, arrived quickly, works great. Then yesterday, I found the old cylinder! Someone had left it on a ledge near bike parking area I use occasionally. Thank you to the good Samaritan! Now I can order a new shackle and have two locks.
