I would suggest redesign on the shock absorbing silicon or rubber glued to the lock. It keeps peeling off. Other than that, I am pretty satisfied

It was very good that I could get a lock-cyclinder with the same set of keys. It did take a long time before it arrived in Europe, but that was a customs-issue I think.

The tigr blue mini lock is fairly light weight for a bike lock. It is very easy to use and I enjoy that I can just strap it to the bike instead of carrying it in an inconvenient way. I realize I should have gone for the bigger size if I want to lock my bike up in more common places.

Your rep contacted me by email and explained in easy language what I could do to resolve my lost key issue. There was a link to an order form and I ordered a new lock with keys. It arrived within a few days and my lock was back in use. I really like the lock and wanted to continue to be able to use it.

Love the size, weight and how easy it is to lock up. It is very quick to lock since you do not need the key to lock up… but be careful to make sure you have your key on you so you can unlock it. The only thing that I find a little annoying is that the cylinder rotates, so I have to use 2 hands to unlock it with the key… but it is not a real pain, just something I noticed and didn’t expect. I’d recommend these to anyone looking for a light-weight and secure bike lock
