Very pleased with my Oliver oak TV unit which I use for a 77” TV. Very good quality. Packaged well, arrived within about 10 days. Specified the premium delivery so the packaging was taken away. The delivery company needed chasing a couple of times, but other than that I was very happy with my first Tikamoon purchase.

We have bought several pieces from Tikamoon and the quality is always great, additionally, customer service is very quick to reply, which makes everything easier.

This time we had to return a TV console as it didn't fit the room like we wanted to. Tracey was super helpful and quick in arranging the refund and the pickup of the furniture, everything was sorted in less than 4 days. We will keep purchasing from this brand!

The bathroom cabinet was exactly as shown and looks fabulous

We bought a beautiful vanity from Tikamoon, but our bathroom fitter had some issues attaching the unit using the brackets supplied.

Unfortunately, these broke at installation and Tikamoon suppplied a replacement with no issue. The second time around these broke again, at which point we started to question our fitter and whether the installation is being done properly.

After speaking to Tikamoon, we agreed this is likely a result of poor installation method, rather than a repeated issue with a very common heavy duty bracket.

Even with that, they agreed to replace the brackets a second time (or give us a partial refund), which I think goes beyond what would typically be expected from a company, especially nowadays.

Tikamoon's customer service was truly excellent from start to finish - I would like to mention Munro by name, who's been a delight throughout.

We used Tikamoon before this purchase, and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you!

Square coffee table in solid acacia in October 2025 in September 2026 we noticed a few of the joints were opening up contacted Tikamoon who I can honestly say were true to their five years warranty on the furniture with a few photos of the problem and a short video Munro and her colleagues at Tikamoon came back with four offers to resolve the problem we choose to replace the table which they have done . All was sorted with in roughly nine days from contacting them to receiving the new table and arranging for collection of the faulty table .Excellent company to work with and would buy from them again and a mention for all the customers support team who have supported us through the above 10/10

Bought a short and tall chest of drawers from Tikamoon. Both mango wood. The items are solid and well made with a good finish. I’m pleased with the quality and aesthetic. It’s good quality furniture. Everything was pretty good apart from the fact that I was expecting completely made furniture when it turned out the legs needed assembly. The delivery drivers refused to do this. As it’s solid wood they are pretty heavy items to manoeuvre on your own! I did manage but it was annoying.. Still overall I’m pleased with my furniture and would happily recommend Tikamoon.

Tikamoon is expensive, let's just get that up front and centre. There are many other solid wood vendors of varying quality but mostly they're all cheaper. Having said that, Tikamoon has regular discounts and sales and is a good experience. Organising the delivery was very easy, the delivery itself was smooth and careful. The packaging did have some external damage but the furniture was packaged so well that this in no way had affected the contents. I was very satisfied with the whole process start to finish.

Oliver - Solid oak TV stand, 200 cm - Absolutely love this piece. The wood is slightly lighter in colour than I was expecting but still lovely and goes well in my room. It is the perfect size. Absolutely solid. Smooth drawers. Pre-attached feet. It's pretty much exactly what I wanted. I had read a lot of reviews about people receiving goods where the carpentry wasn't up to scratch etc but the piece I received had none of those concerns.

I had used the wrong discount code when ordering my items. I spoke with Munro from Tikamoon, who was extremely helpful. He assured me he would be able to apply the further discount retrospectively, without having to cancel my order. That’s great customer service for you!
