Ordered a metal garden bench
Ordered a metal garden bench. It took a while to arrive (presumably made to order, which was complete acceptable), but was worth every penny. Beautiful design, great quality and superbly packed to protect the metal during international transit. Couldn’t fault it and would happily order again from Tikamoon.

Bathroom furniture - but don't let it touch water
A bathroom cabinet that cannot deal with water - what is the point. We bought a beautiful cabinet from Tikamoon but turns out that it cannot be used in a bathroom unless you want to endlessly be drying it. It cannot handle even a small amount of water on it and ends up with significant water damage.
Upon speaking to the customer service team, they just said that is how it is. So now we have an installed, damaged cabinet and have paid hundreds for the pleasure.
I do not understand how a company can sell a product for a bathroom for 800 pounds and it not be able to have water on it.

Great customer service from Lucy today. I had made a mistake and ordered twice. I only realised when I received the message that orders were about to be shipped. Lucy was able to cancel on of the orders and the refund . 🙏

I ordered the Anna Mindi kitchen…
I ordered the Anna Mindi kitchen dresser. This is an expensive and large piece of furniture. I specifically checked that it stated pre-assembled when purchasing (which it did) and paid for the expensive delivery option which would take the furniture exactly to the spot we wanted to put it. However it arrived in two separate pieces and the delivery people refused to stack them on top of each other. The furniture is very heavy and difficult to stack. It has been two weeks and we have not been able to complete this. We will now have to incur additional costs to have someone professionally come and help us with this. Given the price of the furniture and the delivery option we selected, it is extremely disappointing and unacceptable that Tikamoon does not ensure the furniture is properly installed. In addition, I have submitted two complaints about this and not heard back from Tikamoon. Terrible customer service. Tikamoon should rectify this. It has now been two weeks and we have two huge pieces of furniture in our living room which we cannot unpackage for risk of damage or use and we do not know how we are going to stack them together so that they are usable.

Beautiful bedside tables
Our furniture is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures and very well made. The wait time was long but we were pre-warned of this, offered a reduced price and kept updated throughout. It was definitely worth the wait and I would absolutely buy from this company again.

Fake warranty, extreme low quality furnitures
Beware of the company,
We got some furnitures from them which they suppose to have 5years warranty and with in 1-2 years just with normal wear and tear they start falling apart, and by falling apart I mean drawers falling, de attach from the clue that holds them etc,
We contact them multiple times and as you can imagine they don't even bother to respond.
So beware that what ever you get from them within few years will start falling apart and the warranty that they advertise around is just to miss lead people.

Excellent product and delivery
Easy to order, communication was excellent and bathroom sink cabinet was delivered in 10 days by BJS who were fantastic and delivered it to a room of my choice. Well packaged and as soon as I opened it I was delighted. Really well made and lovely colour. I would definitely order again. It’s good to find quality ready built furniture delivered by a reliable courier.

Super quality product
Super quality product. I am delighted with my cabacera! The only problem was that the two young strong men who delivered it refused to carry it up to my bedroom when I am an elderly woman alone in the house. I was fortunate to have two workmen at the house about two weeks later who took it upstairs for me.
