New to Tikiboo
I love Tikiboo leggings, they feel like a second skin. Great prints fast delivery. I ordered the wrong size and the refund process was simple.

Fast delivery 2 days after order. Great fabric. However the almost non existant elastic fares much less well than competitive brands. I will remove the waistband and insert a wide elastic,as these were slipping terribly. I was told to order normal size as most size up or do a tiki wiggle. No wiggle needed.

But full marks for smooth communications and speedy despatch.

Delivered quickly and exactly as the website described. I didn’t have to contact customer services so cannot comment but my experience was a positive one

I have so many pairs of tiki now I done wear normal clothes! I was a locket lover but they lost me with poor quality, tiki are a above and beyond. Really nice prints, good loyalty scheme and student discount is a huge plus for me! I’m sure I will order many more pairs! I have their hoodies and T-shirt’s as well, great quality and you can choose items that have a smaller branding which I like

I've been buying for 5 years, my first ones are still in excellent condition. I teach fitness classes and they are totally dependable and squat proof.

I buy from a few companies, all are good. But tikiboo are faultless.

I have been ordering and wearing Tiki’s for around 2 years. The fit is lovely, the designs are fabulous the leggings are squat proof and very flattering.

I have been wearing tikis for some time. For the first time, I have had a pair that after 10 months of occasional wear (once a fortnight), the elastic drawstring had lost it's stretch. Customer service have decided this is normal wear and tear. At £37.99 a pair, I would expect the elastic to be of better quality, and also Tikiboo to replace the elastic. I haven't asked for any kind of refund, just a repair where I think it's due.
I do think that Tikiboo could offer a repair/replacement service, even if it was a small charge. I don't seem to be the only person who has had this problem,
Very, very disappointing responses. Gutted

Ordered a pair of leggings, which came about a week later and I did not like them at all. Nasty material, too short but too baggy at the groin and waist. OK, so I followed the returns procedure to the letter and got a refund for the cost of the leggings ONLY (well, it's still pending in my PayPal account), but not the initial delivery charge, which they are legally obliged to reimburse under distance selling regulations and indeed state that they will on their website. I informed them of this and got the refund, but I fear that they are trying to diddle everyone out of this. Beware!

Love the pattern, love the fit, but absolutely gutted they DO NOT stay up when running .
I only bought them after reading that they're the best at staying up.
Lesson learnt!
Im a little miffed that once placing the order it can't be cancelled straight away aswell, Is that legally right?
If I want to return them I have to pay.

Tikiboo fit me right, have great customer service, a fabulous community, and most importantly its something that my daughter and I both love! We can twin!

Really disappointed. My mum bought me a pair of Tikiboo Delirium shorts, as a Christmas present, last year. The first opportunity I had to wear them was mid-late March but by mid-July (bearing in mind these had only been worn c.10 times) the stitching in the gusset seams had come undone. I wrote to Tikiboo to ask if they would consider replacing them, only to be told it was outside of their returns policy window! These shorts were not fit for purpose - I should not have to replace an item of clothing after only a few times of wearing. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company yet they couldn't even be bothered to offer a voucher as a 'gesture'. The crazy thing is they have just emailed me, to remind me that I have £5.00 in Tikipoints waiting on my account. Tikiboo, you have just missed out on the sale of (at least) another two pairs of shorts. Your customer service is abysmal - your staff need to look at the bigger picture.

I absolutely love all the items I have. They are brilliant quality as well as having fantastic designs.
The customer service is brill when I have run into rare issues.
The Facebook Tikiboo Community is lovely too, very friendly and supportive.

I've tried most leggings brands and these are the best by far.

I now only wear Tikiboo for running and fitness classes! Love the prints, style and fit of the leggings and capris, and they are totally squat proof. Love the back pocket too, which is big enough for my phone. Customer services are ace too. If I ever have a query, they are so quick at replying and are really helpful. The points scheme is extremely generous too 🥰

High waisted none see through leggings which brighten up any class where you see a. Sea of black leggings! Hold me in, in all the right places

I’ve been buying tikiboo for years now. I found them through the body coach community group. If you like a good print then this brand is for you. There are lots of other leggings brands but this one is 100% my favourite! Great for with no camel toe, lovely wide waist band and elastic in the waist. They don’t white out when swatting, great thick material too so they do better than other brands when you fall.

Amazing customer service on every time I order. Fast delivery and fantastic quality!! Will only buy tikiboo now after going to other places and the quality was awful compared to tikiboo. Comfortable, flattering and sizing is accurate. I can work out longer as I'm not adjusting my clothing every 5 mins. Thank you tikiboo xx
