Placed an order that gave me free shipping. Realized after I paid that Tik Tok split the order and charged me 3.99 shipping on each order! Tried to talk to them three times and just got bs. Absolute thievery! Not happy, will not buy from there again and will be reporting to trading standards.

My review is about Tik Tok Customer Service which is none existent and dibolicable. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from Tik Tok everything I have purchased is not as the sellers claim, and it appears they're selling products they can't sell elsewhere, when you try to return the items for refund you've got no chance, then they force you to accept a Tik Tok Voucher which they fail to provide. Under UK Law Faulty products are returnable within 12 months as per manufacturer warranty, however despite this Tik Tok don't want to know after 30 days which is illegal, they then ask for evidence from you to show you received an empty box despite you raising a return request under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and never said yiu received an empty box.
We returned an item within 30 days using their scan bar code and was asked to provide proof of return. Tik Tok is a BIG SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Il 13 dicembre 2025 Ho acquistato un articolo moero su tiktok shop. Siccome i tempi di consegna si son protratti di moltissimo oltre la data ultima prevista per la consegna, ho fatto il reso secondo le modalità indicate dal sito. Ad oggi, 12 gennaio 2026 non riesco a ricevere il rimborso. Non c'è modo di parlare con nessuno e le chat di interlocuzione sono tradotte male. Non comprerò mai più su tiktok shop

Absolutely disgusting service I returned chocolate to twinkle who sells on tik tok I had proof of return they said they hadn't got it back lies. I connected tik tok they went on side of seller who said if I took bad review off she would refund me which she didnt. I ant leave her a bad review on tik tok as taken off option very convenient. Never buy from this seller on tik tok and dimont expect tik tok to have your back

Bought something for my daughter for Xmas. Arrived without parts. Was told that as it was just over a month I couldn’t get a refund or return it. I’d have been happy ugh them sending the missing bits. But no help at all
The ‘person’ I was speaking to as very obviously AI as it was just repeating a set phrase.

I think this company is a scam .. I bought a coat says would be delivered on 05/12 as it is the 08/12 I have received nothing ..I contacted them and it said as I had not received it would I like I refund I said yes and then it says we can’t give you a refund .. So they have basically robbed me of my money no coat no refund .There does not seem to be a phone number so
There is no one I can call I am so annoyed because I usually check on trust pilot and I didn’t in this

Il peggior sito d'acquisti. Fatto 2 ordini, il primo delle cuffie arrivate con una che non funziona e non c'è modo di fare il reso. Buttate
Il secondo con 12 oggetti valore complessivo di 62€ mai arrivato. Il corriere dice di averlo consegnato, ma non mi è arrivato niente. Abito in un condominio di 54 appartamenti e 2 ristoranti, io ero a casa quel giorno ma nessuno ha citofonato.
Il primo ordine (le cuffie) lo aveva trovato per terra in cortile una mia vicina di casa che mi ha avvertito. Ma pura casualità.
Se anche con il secondo ordine hanno fatto così è ovvio che è stato preso da qualcuno con il via vai di gente che passa di li...
Assurdo che non riconoscono niente.
In totale ho buttato 89€ senza avere niente.

Tik tok customer service useless was sent a refund on 19th October said by 2nd November I'd get refunded by it's now 9th November and still haven't received all customer service are doing is opening tickets which no one answers

Sconsiglio a tutti i commercianti di usare questa insulsa piattaforma, mi hanno disattivato l'account e bloccato i fondi di circa 600€ per motivi poco chiari o inventati e adesso me li trattengono per 90 giorni, come se fossero i loro soldi ignorando quali siano i diritti del venditore (io vendo, il cliente riceve e quindi mi dovete pagare), ok per i 15 giorni dopo aver ricevuto la merce ma trattenervi il mio denaro per 90 giorni proprio no! siete da denuncia!!
Pessima assistenza con operatori incompetenti che non sanno rispondere nulla e non sono adatti al proprio lavoro.
Altra cosa sgradevole: Se un venditore invia un pacco con tanto di tracciamento e il pacco risulta "consegnato" l'acquirente truffatore dichiara di non avere ricevuto il pacco, loro cosa fanno? in automatico lo rimborsano e il venditore e incapace di fare la qualsiasi perché si fanno sempre ragione loro, quindi un venditore non è affatto tutelato ma un truffatore si!
TikTok è fatto solo per video deficienti, Violenza, sesso esposto e altre cagate e non di certo per vendere, nemmeno sanno gestire la me... pensa se sanno gestire uno Shop e-commerce.
Statene alla larga come la peste!

Would give a 0 got scammed on a fake account

Ordered a coat and it arrived before due date.
Was really pleased with the quality of the coat for the price. I was a bit sceptical about ordering on Tiktok but there wasn't any problem and would order again.

I ordered a 3 item for the price of 1 offer, in Late March 2025. Only one item arrived. I mailed tiktok shop 4 times over 7 days but I never received a reply. Once trust goes its gone forever.

Minus 5 total rip-off I bought a book told is was the real deal the book was forgotten home apothecary paid £23.00 with delivery got exactly the same book for £5.99 .had a word with my neighbour who works for trading standards and he totally agreed I want to return it and get a refund but you can not get hold of anyone I will have to take it further to sort out can’t the government close down all these SCAMS I will start passing the message around they have got to be stopped.

Our experience with TikTok Shop has been nothing short of a nightmare. We ordered three sets of [product], but only one set was delivered. This isn’t just negligence—it borders on fraudulent business practices.

Adding to the frustration, TikTok Shop provides no reliable way to contact customer support. There’s no email, no phone number, and no live customer service team. The only option in the app is to "return" items—but how do you return something you never received? It’s an absurd and unacceptable approach for any business, especially one of this size.

This lack of transparency raises serious red flags about TikTok Shop's professionalism and credibility. It seems as though they either don’t care about their customers or are actively avoiding accountability.

We have already reported this issue to the fraud department at our bank and will be warning everyone we know to avoid TikTok Shop. This includes posting on social media to ensure others are aware of their failure to fulfill orders and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

We demand a resolution and will pursue this further if necessary. TikTok Shop needs to do better—this level of service is not just disappointing, it’s suspicious.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Tik-tok shop is not returning my startup investment. They can't be reached with email, their feedback page. They don't respond to Reviews, Facebook or or any bad publication. All I want is my money back. I was promised the 1st of October 2024 an investigation. Till this day,,, NOTHING. I wish them good luck, for I will not stop till I have my money back. I laid charges in December and id looking forward to the outcome.

The reason I am here is because I couldn't get through to tik tok to complain.
I trustet tik tok ad and bought an item on the 14 of January and the seller promise to deliver after 3 to 5 days.
The company called Lumin Roof and they sale exhust whistle.
Till today the 1st of February the item didn't arrive. The seller said he is out of stock. I asked for a refund and the seller ignored my request saying he will send it.
I blame tik tok to advertise for untrusted companies and leave a person like me enable to use tik tok to put this complain.
