Terrible Customer Support Experience
I recently had a very disappointing experience with customer support regarding a simple request. Instead of offering a straightforward solution to apply a coupon code retroactively, they suggested that I return the product and repurchase it using the code. This response is not only inefficient but also shows a complete lack of understanding of customer convenience and satisfaction.
Rather than facilitating a smooth and customer-friendly resolution, they chose to make the process unnecessarily complicated. This kind of service is unacceptable and has resulted in me deciding to return the product without repurchasing.
If this is how they handle simple requests, I dread to think how they deal with more complex issues. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Me compré un TILE Mate de los que no se ve la tapa de la pila. Y cuál es mi sorpresa que en el interior la pila está soldada. No es fácil de quitar como se ve algún vídeo de Youtube. No es cierto que la pila se reemplaza fácil en el nuevo Tile Mate, sólo en los modelos antiguos que se ve que tiene tapa.NO SE PUEDE CAMBIAR LA PILA DEL TILE MATE SIN SOLDAR.

Horrible on line ordering experrience
Ordered from the site on March 19th. After a couple weeks, I contacted them via chat and was told the address was wrong (even though correct in the confirmation). Reorded and 10 days later, no order. Chat said the items were out of stock. Why wasn't I notified 10 days ago?
I ordered the items for a trip and there is no way I'll get them on time.

No respect for environment or customers
Tile is now making Tile Mate trackers which have non-replaceable batteries and they hide this information as much as possible. They even have the nerve to insult their customers' intelligence by claiming this is a "design trade-off" when it's clearly a conscious decision to maximise profits at the expense of generating e-waste. They have no respect for the environment and no respect for their customers, so they don't deserve our money.

Wish I had read these reviews before committing to Tile products.
First, the website only recognises my UK post code if I enter it lower case (standard format is upper case - and had to get customer support via email just to get through this hurdle).
At checkout says 3-5 days delivery. Once paid, it says 72 hours to even process the order. No email order confirmation. Eventually got a shipping notification and the tracking link doesn't work and the order number is not recognised on the tracking service on their website.
Customer support only works US hours.
Unsatisfactory Order Experience: Lack of Confirmation and Communication
I placed an order for a Tile Keyfob and a plastic card wallet. The payment was deducted from my bank account immediately. However, it has been three days, and I have not received a confirmation email or any communication regarding my order. I reached out to customer support, and they informed me that they have escalated the issue, but I have not received any follow-up communication.
4 days later - no communication, no order confirmation.
I bought one tile to use in a suitcase…
I bought one tile to use in a suitcase to be used on a flight. I didn't realize that to use it like an apple airtag, that in addition to the cost of the tile tag that I would need to purchase a "plan". A friend who has an apple airtag showed me his tracking read out. The read out for the Tile is OK, but not nearly as good as the Apple. The I tried to cancel the subscription...it was not an easy process. One more thing, do take note of how long the battery lasts. Once it give out you'll need a new tile...if you still want one.

J'ai acheté le Tile Mate en mars 2022, cependant, mon expérience avec ce produit a été loin d'être satisfaisante.
D'abord, la configuration du Tile Mate était assez facile, je dois le reconnaître. Cependant, les problèmes ont commencé dès que j'ai essayé de l'utiliser dans des situations réelles. Le réseau Tile est tout simplement mauvais. La localisation était imprécise et peu fiable. En cas de perte, le Tile Mate ne m'a pas été d'une grande aide. Le maillage est incroyablement faible, ce qui signifie qu'il est difficile de retrouver un objet.
Un autre problème majeur est lié à la pile. Aujourd'hui, ma pile est déchargée, et la seule solution que propose Tile est de remplacer complètement le dispositif (payant). C'est non seulement incommode, mais aussi peu écologique.
L'autonomie du Tile Mate est acceptable, mais l'application associée n'est pas à la hauteur. Elle manque de convivialité et de fonctionnalités utiles.
Enfin, le prix du Tile Mate est tout simplement excessif pour ce qu'il offre réellement. La qualité de la localisation et le maillage insuffisant ne justifient pas le coût élevé de ce produit.
Lousy product, and worse customer service!
WHEN this rarely works, it works well, BUT most of the time it does not! Even with a PREMIUM service option, their web site help chat does NOT work...you can't call for help, because they removed their tel.#. UNFORTUNATELY I already own 8 tiles, which I will replace with Apple Air Tags....Apple KNOWS the meaning of customer service!!!
Customers in Switzerland beware
It turns out that the Swiss store (ch.tile.com) isn't actually a part of Tile.com, this despite the automatic redirection based on my location. It's a separate company, which I was only informed of after purchasing. I find the naming convention and the automatic redirect to be unethical on the part of Tile.com - having an authorised or preferred dealer is fine but be upfront about it and allow consumers to make an informed decision.
The merchant behind this (Scalefast SAS) don't have a shop in Switzerland. They sent my order from the Netherlands, without informing me when I made my purchase. I just got a bill from customs that increased the purchase price by 33% thanks to the customs service fee. If I had known, I would have ordered from one of the local shops - which is, I assume, exactly why they hide this information.
According to reviews in the Apple App Store, you also don't get replacement batteries under the premium subscription in Switzerland, which would make sense if they don't have a retailer in Switzerland. I suggest Swiss buyers check what limitations the premium subscription has before potentially wasting money here too.
Add to this the fact that you need separate logins for tile.com / the Tile app and ch.tile.com because, well, separate companies, and there really is zero reason to buy the hardware from them. It's definitely not a mistake I'll be making again.
So, I haven't even received the tiles yet but I'm regretting my purchase already. Here's hoping the actual app is better than the shopping experience.

Order seems to have been misplaced or otherwise lost in the shuffle while they update their system. Still no tiles delivered. Very poor customer service. I will be contacting BBB and CC fraud department.
Still in processing!
I paid extra for expedited shipping and my item didn't ship for a week. I tried to cancel but was informed I could no longer cancel as my items were in processing, despite them being in processing for a week. I will return to sender! What a joke!
Update: Items showed up only 1 day late. Not sure if items were over-nighted because of my complaint or if they were truly unaware of the processing status of my order.

Didn't even get chance to try out device as could not get past continue with order. after more than hour on chat I was finally told problem was do not deliver to N.Ireland even though we are part of UK.
