I bought two Tile Pro to use in my car…
I bought two Tile Pro to use in my car so I know where I parked it. Both Tiles did not work properly. They showed wrong locations. There is no phone number to call so I exchanged email messages for two weeks. Different persons gave me different tasks to do but nothing helped. Now I can sent the product back but I have to pay for postal costs myself!

Even on phone app it could not find the tile and I was looking at it
5 minutes later it sends email saying it’s found it
This is the norm. Shame as when it works it’s quite good

Tienen un excelente soporte técnico, su producto aún no es perfecto, a la app le queda mucho por mejorar. Por ejemplo eliminar toda la publicad de mejoras a planes de pago dentro de los menús de configuración.
Si tienes un IPhone recomendaría un Apple Tag, puedes probar un Tile ya que son baratos y funcionan bien buena parte del tiempo aunque por desgracia no siempre.
Average product, rubbish customer service
Product is ok, probably industry leader but then again there's not much competition. Arguably overpriced for what it is. Customer service is pretty poor.
Literally the worst customer service…
Literally the worst customer service ever. They escalated my complaint with a product that never worked then as they haven't resolved it tell me its out of the 30 day warranty.... They have my tile I'm still waiting for a refund. They now need to escalate that.... Absolutely dreadful
Do not buy!!!
I bought a kit for Christmas. during the payment on their site an error occurred. the delivery address was completely wrong and the package was sent to another address. out of € 55, the company only refund me € 35, with the return costs at my expense. inadmissible! do not buy from them! scam!
Really bad customer support
The product for this company is very good (finds items for you) but the company has the WORST customer support of all the products I purchase. Their support is only via a chat window. Their email bounces back all the messages.
I purchased a replacement set of tiles for almost $80.00. I contacted customer support when I could not activate the tiles. The first person, some Asian name, would not deviate from the script she had even though I explained multiple times that what she was indicating I do would not work. Long story short, after more than 4 tries I decided to return the tiles. I had to ship them back before I would get a refund. After more than 3 weeks after their receipt (I sent return receipt) I got the refund.
The following week I received ANOTHER shipment from them without me ordering them so I requested a refund and an RMA (return material authorization). The ONLY way to inform them was via their chat which took over 5 minutes to initialize. After 2 weeks of getting useless replies to my request, I disputed the charge with my credit card, 3 months later Tile requested I cancel my dispute so they would issue a new refund. I cancelled the dispute and they then replied that the credit card had issued a refund. This was a fabrication from their part.
As a result of this, I came to the conclusion that even though they have a good product, they have not paid any attention to the customer support and thus leave their customers totally frustrated and dissatisfied.
