Don’t order from here. Took over two weeks to deliver my tiles when I paid for 48hrs delivery service. Tiles delivered to wrong address. No communication except WhatsApp. Worst decision of my life.

I've been using tilesaradise for quite a while now, always a great service, on my last review my only issue was tracking info but low and behold I managed to find I was getting tracking info, it was just going in my spam emails, so for that I'll upgrade my 4* to a 5* great products, great service

Adam made the whole experience excellent for us . He explained from the sale to delivery and was spot on . The price we paid was 50% cheaper than over here in the North of Ireland . The size and colour where perfect , lots of friends calling to look and they where blowen away with the transformation of our back garden . The delivery was a shamble and the communication between your staff and the delivery company even wore. You will get a bad review on google/trip advice too.
Dear Sirs, 250 metres away from my doorstep is not what I would consider to be kerbside delivery. When I offered a reasonable compromise—delivery to a nearby off-road location because your driver said the lane was unsuitable for his van—he instead wanted to leave the pallet on the public highway. I sent your office photographs and the location of the proposed delivery point, but I received only generic responses. This happened three times, with no indication that the matter had been properly reviewed or investigated. Even your latest response offers neither reassurance nor an adequate explanation. It gives the impression that Paradise Tiles is unwilling to acknowledge customer concerns. I can publish the supporting images if necessary. I had no wish to prolong this matter, but I am extremely frustrated by your public response. In my view, your customer service has been very poor, and I would not recommend your company.
