Started a bathroom project months ago and first ordered from here. Tiles arrived smoothly and on time with no issues. Customer service is great, I've since had to order more tiles in order to finish the project and the team have been so helpful! Ive been able to arrange collection and extra tiles with no worries or stress. Would highly recommend this company for all your tiling needs!

The tiles were delivered on time and the guy delivering them went above the call of duty he took them into the garage. They are amazing they look great. I'm sure they will have increased the value if my property. Who could ask fir more.

Efficient in response regarding request for a tax breakdown on my previous order.

Original order went smooth, on time and great product. I'd have given 5* anyway. Bit, has it turned out, I miscalculated by one tile. Arranged to go to their warehouse and was given not 1 but 2 tiles for free. So 6*s for them. Cheers guys.

Great service, helped me out when I needed to get the tiles urgently and went to collect, baring in mind im not local but wasn't far away and was on a time limit too, really good customer service.

Very simple and straightforward to order. Prompt delivery and the tiles were outstanding and almost half the price of other retailers without any compromise in quality. Absolutely delighted and would highly recommend.

Broken tiles delivered twice. Second delivery driver did provide false signature, lying that we did receive the goods in a great condition, no one was home to except the delivery.

Tiles are better than the pictures. There were some minor issues where Jake and Adam were very quick to help put things right within 24 hours. I am grateful and will definitely order again..

Found Tiles paradise on google. Tiles were exactly what we wanted! I contacted Adam after I ordered to change the delivery address which he sorted straight away. Customer service was excellent.

Brilliant communication and fast delivery. Unfortunately a couple tiles came damaged. Tile Paradise went above and beyond to get replacement tiles sent out. I will order from them again in the near future. Fantastic service.

Excellent crevice high quality tiles

The tiles themselves are good, but the customer service has been extremely poor.

I had a box of tiles arrive damaged (from the bottom of the pallet) and it took days just to get a response from customer services as I kept going backwardsandforwards with them. Initially they refused to refund me, and only agreed after I kept chasing.

I needed just three tiles to finish the bathroom, but instead of helping to send replacements quickly, I had to re-purchase the three tiles from their own website, and was charged £99.99 just for delivery.

The representative dealing with my query was unhelpful and lacked empathy. I had a fitter waiting to complete the work to a deadline, but there was no sense of urgency or care from their side.

It’s a shame because the product itself is good — but the poor attitude and lack of flexibility from customer service has really spoiled the experience.

Following my review on here Tiles Paradise reached out and refunded half the delivery cost which I appreciated and the issue was amicably resolved.
