Initiallly I picked a tile that I liked…
Initiallly I picked a tile that I liked and the delivery was going to be over 80 pounds. I was under the impression that if I choose tiles that cost £ 300 or more the delivery was free. I choose a more expensive tile and did not get the free delivery I previously saw. In the end I had to buy white matt tiles as the prices can be misleading. They also do not deliver to the apartment.

What a wonderful experience I had! from order to delivery, everything was exceptional. My tiles were delivered on time (3 days approximately) tiles were packed well and included samples of colours of interest! Will now be placing another order as decided to expand my project. Exactly as described
Pennsylvania blue stone outside patio tile.
The communication from Tiletopia was excellent, answering all questions in quick time, additional photos and videos of the patio tile we had chosen and delivery was also communicated well with a follow up call confirming all details.
Very good value for money, good quality porcelain tile as confirmed by our installers and only 2 damaged tiles out of 140 600 x 900 slabs which were very securely packaged!
Will definitely recommend and also use again for any future projects, thank you.

Porcelain tiles
After ordering the porcelain tiles I received a cal from the company to check everything was ok plus the address was correct also delivery was a day earlier than quoted.

Bottom pack of tiles arrived broken
Bottom pack of tiles arrived broken, quick email to customer services and they had issued a new packet by next day delivery and all arrived safely. Just the peace of mind you want when ordering tiles online, will use again.

Confused
The both samples were excellent quality however they both had different descriptions on them, they did have a sticker on the back but it left me feeling unsure if I ordered one it would be the right one
