Great experience. Good quality tiles, and value. Timing was good for delivery as long as you give 4-5 days notice. Any issues with break and left were delivered promptly.

Great experience with TileTopia. Best price tiles we have found, so I was a little cautious at first. The customer service team on WA are great, answer really quickly! I had an issue as i needed more tiles than i had ordered but they were out of stock online, and they have gone out of their way to locate more for me. Delivery and quality has been spot on too! Thank you!

Bought 30 Sq m of porcelain tiles from Tile Topia, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Tiles we exactly as described, they double checked delivery times, they replaced three broken tiles immediately, they were on the end of the phone for any problems and sent extra tiles needed on an overnight courier so our tiler didn't go to another job. Brilliant service.

Not yet made purchase but Nathan could not have been more helpful. Provided valuable information about various products to help us hone in on our choices. He was genuinely concerned that we make the best and correct choice for us. He understood our concerns totally and provided additional pictures, video and accompanying verbal info.

I had to leave a review because with my latest project I’ve used many company’s for my supplies but Tile Topia has been the best by far. From the Top customer service which was excellent, keeping me updated from start to finish and always happy to help. To the delivery which was quick and more to the point on time and the day it was planned. Last of all the beautiful tiles at a great price….. I can not recommend enough 10/10. They are the most helpful, genuine people we had an issue with the first batch of tiles and we wrapped them up and tile topiary sorted collection. Then the next batch which we got to replace them came within 2 days while the other tiles waited to be collected.
Everything I asked they helped me with . Not a no we can't do that insight.
