Stole $500 from me. They acquired tilfull a company i had a secured business credit card with. They closed my account after acquiring tillfull and never paid my deposit

This company may have once been okay, but has turned into a total scam. I have been trying to cancel my business account here for months, and their customer service refuses to acknowledge website requests, return emails, or even answer the phone. If you're looking for reliable banking with a company that puts any effort at all into customer service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I've been trying for the past 3 weeks to close my 2 accounts and get my money back. I can't get a hold of anyone through email or phone.

As mentioned by others, support no longer answers emails or phone calls, and they won't close my Tillful Card account. Even if they did, according to many others on here, I'd be unlikely to get back my deposit, which is a violation of their terms. I've reported them to the CFPB and FDIC and I encourage others to do the same. Tillful has been downhill since they allowed Nav to acquire them.

Update: After contacting Nav via email, X (@Navsmb), and finally phone, I was able to get my account closed and my funds returned to me. Now the only problem is I can no longer access my statements to do my taxes lol

Closed my account over a month ago still haven't received my deposit no one answers the phone or replies to my emails

Tillful sold over to Nav making it difficult to keep track of where to send the normal payments. After a couple days late and emailing them my account was closed and my deposit was never returned of $1000. I still receive to communication back from emails and no person to actually speak to. Stay away.

I’ve had the same problem as most. Started out good I just needed a secured business credit to start my business with out 700 on the credit card and finally was able to get a boa credit card. Came back to cancel the card and they would not give me my deposit back. Been calling and emailing since 10-1-2023 still not answer and no emails. Had to put in dispute with my card company. Don’t recommend

I put the money down, virtual cards decline. I’m still waiting on the physical card.

Had the same issue as many others. Put the money on the card once they receive the money they cancel the account and won’t return the money back. I smell a class action lawsuit coming!!!

TILLFUL CARD IS A CREDIT SCAM. Do not give them any money. They scam you and keep your money, and you have to contact The D.O.J. in San Francisco, the BBB and the FTC Consumer Complaints. I still have yet to get my money back. There should be an attorney who wants to take on a class action suit against this company. If you look up the past reviews you'll see over 15 reviews from people who have had their money taken illegally from this company.

No one answers the phone. I have a Tillful card and card is not being reported to the credit burues which is the only reason why I go this card and is the main purpose of this company.

The representative Ann was very helpful and patient with me. She walk me through the process of finding the information I needed.

Canceled my subscription all payments made on time and business scores dropped significantly! Why

They claim to help businesses build your credit, but deny telling you that they will ONLY report it to the credit bureaus IF you pay their $20+/month subscription, and still don't report to D&B. When I found this out, I sent an email to their customer service team (since reaching them on the phone was practically impossible), and I've been emailing them since May 12th (it's now August 4th) to cancel the subscription that I'm STILL being charged for and a refund for being double charged for it in June and now again in July. Despite sending literally dozens of emails with absolutely no response from their team, I tried calling again and was told their disputes team NOR customer service team could handle this - it had to be the credit builder team and they "dont have a phone number or direct contact" so I have to wait even longer for a resolution JUST so I can close out this god forsaken account. Don't waste your time, absolutely not worth the headache.

UPDATE: I had to get my lawyer involved to get them to refund my money (finally, 3 months later) and it's now mid-September and I still have not been able to close my account or get my money back despite literal DOZENS of emails and phone calls requesting to do so. Not sure how any of this is even legal.

Had an issue and it was answered they also sent my card via express mail to fix the problem! Thanks that really means a lot to me. I'm a firm believer that good business will always go far in the world and i appreciate your efforts. I'm looking forward to using my card! Thanks again.

Ragie called me about an unresolved request. She sent me a form, I filled it out and she resolved the issue right away.
