Carpenter, great boards.
New Carpenter here, i needed high quality poplar wood for shutter in my house.
Fantastic quality, 90-95% straight unblemished wood, perfectly cut, good corners, well packaged.
Cons: wasn't sure of delivery times until the product was on its way, I need 8 perfectly straight boards out of 20 delivered in 3 packs, 1st pack of 6 I only had 1 perfectly straight board.
Projects going very well and I'd be happy to order poplar from these people again.
Excellent product, a seasoned Carpenter might not blink at slightly curved panels.

Good timber, the delivery can be improved
No complaints about the timber and the cutting - all arrived as described, well wrapped and accurately sized. But the delivery company compromises the service. They give you a fixed delivery window of early morning to late afternoon and it's not possible to reschedule or to get a more precise time, even on the day, so you end up spending a whole day at home waiting for the delivery.

Excellent packaging and very high quality products
I ordered some joined pine board from Timbersource as I couldn't get the particular size I wanted locally. I was a little apprehensive about getting it delivered to me in Scotland because of the chance of getting damaged in transit as it travelled the length of the country. But I needn't have worried. The boards arrived after a few days, and the packaging was extraordinary, with every edge of every board protected with strong cardboard angles, multiple layers of strong plastic wrap and more cardboard in between the layers. It was so well protected I would think it would survive even the most careless of couriers.
Once I had unpacked it all and left it to acclimatise, I checked it out thoroughly. Not a single nick on any edge, not a single dent. Every surface was flat, square and really smoothly finished, and the joins were perfect. Also, there were no end-to-end joins on any boards, which was a pleasant surprise especially on 3m long pieces. The difference in all aspects of care and quality compared to similar boards you'd get from typical hardware chains is huge - it's like night and day.

"Unsorted" grade timber had large knot which had already fallen out :-(
I purchased a small amount of Scandinavian Redwood. This is advertised as "unsorted" grade but one of the boards I received had a large knot that had fallen out of the edge (I didn't spot this until I started working with the wood).
Despite choosing available "shop" standard sizes, rather than using the custom cutting service, this still (perhaps) took two week to prepare which seemed slow (I had assumed this was a matter of gathering a few standard size boards and telling me to come collect them. I say "perhaps" because the supplier didn't actually contact me to let me know I could come and collect the timber - I had to contact them to ask.
I was quite disappointed to be honest. I had used Timbersource once before (some years ago when they were based in Frome) and was very happy on that occasion.
