The table is beautiful, made from quality wood, and it is an art piece. As amazing as the table is the service is better. Alan S. was responsive, professional and understanding. He made the purchase have zero regrets.
Incredible well made and crafted! They were so great about communicating and asking specific measurements so that our counter and sinks lined up perfectly. Shipping was also fast and well packaged!
I ordered a product from this website. I received an order confirmation and my credit card got charged. Ten days after I received this order confirmation, I was contacted by a company representative. They informed me that the product I ordered had an incorrect price listed online. Even though I already ordered and had a confirmation for this product, I could either pay an additional $500 for it or just have my order cancelled. They refunded me, but I would not recommend shopping with this company or its affiliates. I didn't realize companies could just request additional money after a confirmed order.

We understand your frustration, and your review accurately describes the situation. You placed the order at the price shown on our website, received an order confirmation, and were later contacted after we discovered that the price for this specific product and size had been entered incorrectly. We also acknowledge that we should have identified the error and contacted you much sooner.
Timberustic is a working woodshop, and each piece is individually built. Our pricing is calculated closely around the actual costs of materials, skilled labor, finishing, packaging, and shipping—not inflated to cover excessive branding or marketing expenses. Unfortunately, fulfilling this particular order at the incorrectly listed price would have resulted in a substantial loss.
We were also unwilling to compensate for our pricing mistake by quietly changing the materials, construction, or quality of your piece. Instead, we chose to be transparent about the error and offered either the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund. When the revised price was not acceptable, your order was canceled and fully refunded to the original payment method.
We understand why this experience was disappointing, and I sincerely apologize again for both the pricing error and the delay in communicating it to you.
