New front door
We’ve just had our new front door fitted and it has surpassed our expectations. The door has completely transformed the front of our house and we love it!
Matt in the Leigh showroom was fantastic to deal with, took the time to go through different options for us by making small tweaks when the original quote was out of our budget but still managed to keep the design and spec that we wanted.
The surveyor was equally as helpful when deciding on the width of the door we wanted and side panels. Very informative.
Graham and Lee the fitters were just amazing. They arrived promptly, were super clean and tidy and have left us with a door that looks incredible. The finishing details are immaculate and we couldn’t be happier.
Overall we are very happy with the product and service we have received from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. It’s great to hear the new front door has transformed the house and that you’re so pleased with it.
I’ll make sure Matt, our surveyor, and Graham and Lee all see this. They’ll be chuffed. Matt will be particularly pleased to hear the tweaks worked out and kept you on the design you wanted, and Graham and Lee take real pride in leaving things clean and tidy, so that means a lot.
Thank you again for choosing us, and for the recommendation. If you need anything at all down the line, you know where we are.
Kind regards,
Tim

Our new door was installed this week and has transformed our home! It looks stunning, if we were selling I think it would add 10% to the valuation!
The whole process went smoothly, initially looking online, but we found the store in Leigh on Sea, much better as they can show you the actual product, colour choices, glazing and hardware selections. The doors are a very good quality solid construction. Design and ordering was easy and we were kept well informed during the design, ordering and making phases. Fitting was earlier than anticipated, and the guys who removed our old door and fitted the new one were, very tidy, considerate and did a fantastic job, with a finish that we could not fault. Top quality all round and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Timber windows.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re delighted the new door has made such a difference to your home.
It’s great to hear the Leigh-on-Sea showroom helped. Seeing the actual colours, glazing and hardware in person really does make the decision easier, and it’s exactly why we keep our showrooms open. We’ll pass your kind words on to the fitting team too. Leaving a home tidy and getting the finish right matters a lot to them, so they’ll be pleased to hear it was noticed.
Thank you again for choosing Timber Windows Essex and for recommending us. If you ever need anything in the future, you know where we are.

Our beautiful new windows!
Windows are of excellent quality and well built. Considerable care was taken over several visits to make sure all dimensions and details were accurately recorded and implemented. The fitters were great; efficient, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. It was good having them around and knowing the project was being properly managed. Making good & touching up were really well done and barely noticeable.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
Getting every dimension and detail right takes patience on both sides, and we're grateful you gave us the visits to do it properly. We'll pass your comments on to the fitting team; being trusted in someone's home is the part of the job they take most seriously, and making good is where that care shows.
We hope the windows serve the house for many years to come.
Many thanks, Tim
Initially there was snagging new windowsa problem with…
Initially there was a problem with inadequate attention to design detail but Timber Windows corrected the design of cills 3round windows and a back door although the windows took some months before they were installed suggesting that here was no arrangement to give priority to correcting mistakes.

Exceptional product and onsite install team.
Whilst the delivery of the door was later than I originally expected, the original design and specification process was excellent with the team willing to make adjustments to ensure the design met expectation. The team also worked to mitigate the delay, changing the instal date to suit me. The team completing the on site works were excellent, checking details as the install progressed. The finished product is exceptional.

The windows are amazing!
Tony and Glynn did an absolute phenomenal job installing our new windows - everything was kept tidy, the guys were professional, everything was clean when they left and the windows look amazing. The quality of the PVC sash windows is really good - the neighbors even confused it with wood. We had to consult the council as we're in a conservation area and it got the tick of approval.

Thank you for the lovely review. That's exactly what we hope for. Genuinely pleased the neighbours mistook the PVC sashes for timber; that's the whole point of the range. I'll pass your kind words on to Tony and Glyn. Thanks again and all the best. Tim
Professional and open
I appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to be open to the design wishes I had. They didn’t attempt to steer me away from my idea and sell me something else I didn’t want.
They’ve been professional and helpful throughout. Not forgetting provided a fantastic and quality entrance door we’re very pleased with! Thank you.
