Timber Windows Essex Ltd Opiniões

Excellent products, clear communication and a friendly and professional team throughout the process.

Tony and Glyn are the best. Nice hard working friendly guys. The products are brilliant. After last year having a huge School style arched window replaced, phase 2 is a beautiful front door and kitchen window. Already seeing Sophie to discuss the back door and en suite window for the autumn. And hopefully we will finish the whole house by this time next year. Thanks to everyone, pleasant professional company with a great product.

Great service in the show room. Great product delivered on time.
The fitting team was very quick and professional.

I’m very, very pleased with our new sash windows. Exceptional quality and appearance! A very good company to do business with.

Excellent quality products. Happy so far with the fitting. Good communication throughout. Professional company with good quality products. Very happy so far.

Good service, great team, good finish to installation. Well done!

We had great help in choosing our new door, glass & furniture and when we needed to delay installation it was no problem, we were accommodated at every step.
Installation was straightforward and we are very pleased with our choice of wonderful new door and Timber Windows.
Great staff too! A pleasure doing business.

Great service. From the sales people through the surveyors to the fitters.
Great product quite expensive but worth it and am confident if I get any problems they will be dealt with.

The whole process from survey to fitting was friendly, efficient and professional.
I have now had two occasions to use Timber Windows and have been impressed both times with the workmanship and courtesy of all those involved.

Excellent service, beautiful products and professional installation.
Can’t recommend them highly enough, the customer service was exceptional 🙌🏽

Superb quality door and fitters very professional and likeable.

Fantastic service and workmanship. We ordered two bespoke doors. Right through from dealing with Rob in the showroom, the admin and most importanly the fitters the job and products are first class.

Special mention for Paul and Sam the fitters, they are both very skilled and their care and attention to detail was fantastic. Timber Windows Essex come with our high recommendation.

Great service from start to finish
Couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the door

Everyone throughout the process was amazing. I am very fussy but all my needs were met. Thank you so much to you all

From beginning to end, the service was outstanding. They paid close attention to our needs, assisted us in refining the designs multiple times, and were very flexible in coordinating a suitable installation date. While we received quotes from various companies, Timber Window's exceptional communication, superior window quality, and comprehensive guarantee truly stood out. The installers were both professional and efficient, leaving us delighted with our new windows. We highly recommend them and would certainly choose to work with them again!

Good quality product.
Professional efficient planning and fitting service.
Highly recommended.

I must say, we were very impressed by the whole process from quoting, measuring and validating, through to installation.

Everyone was very professional, explained what they were doing, and the installers removed and replaced with the minimum of fuss, and the window looks perfect, just as if it was the original, but better of course.

Thanks to all for doing such a good job.

We had been searching for a reputable (but not extortionate) company to install a new front door (plus side panels and glass) in our victorian terrace for years when my husband stumbled across one of timber windows essex's showrooms.
Our experience was excellent from start to finish, the post sales team took time to ensure everything was correct and the installation team were first rate. We are so happy with our new door & we couldn't fault any part of the process.

We were pleased with all aspects of Timber Windows' service, from initial contact through installation to later communications. The windows themselves are excellent quality and look beautiful.
