Timber Windows Essex Ltd Opiniões

The two gentlemen who installed the windows were very good and accommodating , they explained what they were doing and demonstrated the locking and unlocking of the doors and windows .They also took the blinds down and put them back up again .
Job was done to time , and they left everything clean and tidy .

Beautiful windows and very happy with them. So much so we’re getting the rest of our windows replaced this summer!

Very pleased with our new door. Timber Windows kept us informed at all stages of our order and installed our door within agreed timescales. The door was expertly fitted to a very high standard. A couple of minor snagging points were sorted out efficiently and promptly. We would definitely recommend Timber Windows who provided a highly professional and customer oriented service.

Very pleased with our new door - I would have given 5 stars but the installation was delayed.

Incredible Front Door!

Thanks to Glyn and Tony for doing such an amazing job today. They were both very professional and the work is faultless. Our new front door looks wonderful as does the frame and how tidy they left our house. 10/10!!

Top notch company, different level, very happy. Installers were neat, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, Highly recommended.

Good communication throughout the whole process from initial enquiry, ordering, production through to installation. Also, installation performed by experts who clearly take pride in what they do.

As always the company is efficient and helpful in all aspects of the job.

The early experience with the order was challenging. However the initial measuring and advice, the subsequent resolution of problems with the order and service from fitters was excellent

Exceptional quality product and great installation experience. Only issue was getting the work booked in because they were so busy! Would recommend

Everything was done to a high standard. Initial measurement and installation. Quality and workmanship excellent, and the two fitters were both extremely competent and nice people to deal with

Great product. Fitters were friendly and efficient. Everything was finished really well and left clean and tidy.

Started off not knowing who to use. Found Timber Windows by chance. From start to finish the service was excellent. Will recommend them to everyone.

The completed work is to a very high standard. The installation team , Paul and Steve worked really well and kept me informed during the installation.
Very happy with the French doors and windows.

They kept their promises, were professional throughout and their offer was competitive for replacing quite a few old windows with double-glazed ones on a listed bdg under strict planning guidelines.

Really very helpful, friendly and expert advice provided throughout the entire journey from thinking we might improve windows, through the stage of an application for our grade 2 listed property, and then expert installation to both existing heritage openings and new build extension. We are very pleased!

Excellent experience from visiting the showroom in Colchester, discussions when door was being measured, email communications, and the fitting on the day. Very happy with our new door and will definitely look at when replacing windows.
