Helpful and organised

Sam was extremely helpful, understanding and worked with me to deliver what was required. I have an ongoing good, reliable service which I’ve very happy with.

Terrible Service – Not Worth the Money!
I paid for a light cleaning service, expecting a thorough and careful job. However, all I got was a quick vacuum in the middle of the room and a fast wipe along the edges of the shelf. This is not cleaning! It felt more like a rushed job with minimal effort. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the price. I won’t be using this service again.

So Far So Good!
I’ve engaged with Time For You for a few months now. There was a hiccup with the allocation of our first cleaner however the team responded and resolved quickly. True of all the times I’ve contacted the office.
Our current cleaner, Clare, is amazing!

Alexandra is the best
I just wanted to say how happy I am with Alexandra from the Corby business, some would say I'm fussy (ok very fussy) and this lady is amazing and cleans all my glass doors and showers to perfection, I love cleaning myself but time doesn't allow me to do everything with working full time so Alexandra is my little Angel, glad I found you.

01/02/25 -£25 Cleaner 2 (reviewed here)

02/02/25 - Threats of legal action for talking about my experience.
03/02/25 - Refutes my claim of threats of legal action. Text messages available to confirm my account.

Signed up recently with them. Have had 2 different cleaners and paid them on the day.
Here’s an account of what happened with the second cleaner:
Planned today’s cleaning in advance from 13:00 to 15:00. Hoovering and light dusting - 2 bedrooms, 1.5 toilet and open plan lounge that needed mopping, kitchen top needed a wipe. Please keep in mind they had sent a cleaner in the week before so you’d expect this to be done in 2 hours or Atleast have her finish one floor. Atleast.
Planned arrival at 13:00.
Arrived at 14:03. Only told me she was running late after I made contact at 13:15.
I rearranged my evening plans so we can get the work done.
Spent 9 mins showing her everything I needed doing.
Started on upstairs toilet at 14:12 and finished it at 15:08. Claims she hoovered my room, the corridor and my daughter’s room.
Yet somehow my shelves are still dusty and there are bits of paper/ hairpins on the carpet that was supposedly hoovered by two of their cleaners a week apart.
Left at 16:00 as planned for 2 hours.
Only area clean: one bathroom.
Direct payment to cleaner: £25.. for one bathroom.

I have managed to locate your account and spoken to Jamie who owns the Manchester local office for Time For You.
He refutes your comment that he threatened legal action following your Google review but he has said that he mentioned to you that he thought the review to be libellous and untrue.
He has asked if you could reach out to him directly using Manchester@uk.timeforyou.cleaning and he will be able to directly address the concerns you have.

Looking for a trustworthy ckeaning company
I found Lucyann's advert in the Selby journal so gave her a ring & was very impressed with her. She explained about her company and the people she gets to do the cleaning for clients. I was happy with the way she ran the business so went on to use her for my present needs after a nasty fall in January with a cleaner sorted out from next week
