I used Timeless Holidays for my Croatia Schengen visa application and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Calls and messages were often ignored once payment had been made, and I was left uncertain about important parts of my application. As someone trusting a travel agency for professional visa assistance, I expected proper guidance and support, especially for documentation and itinerary preparation.

My visa was eventually refused under the reason:
“Justification of the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided.”

After reviewing my application myself, I feel the case was not prepared strongly enough and important supporting details were either weak or not properly explained. I am a university student, employed, and had genuine intentions to travel and return, but I was not properly guided on how to present my documents and ties clearly.

The lack of responsiveness and professionalism caused significant stress, financial loss, and emotional disappointment close to my travel dates.

I would strongly advise future applicants to carefully review every document themselves and not rely entirely on the agency
Also I referred my friend to apply thorough them and these people aren’t responding back at all and not giving the money back as well

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY. PLEASE REPORT THEIR PAGE AND THEIR SERVICES. THEY TOOK ALL THE MONEY AND NEVER PROVIDED ANY SERVICES AND NO REFUNDS

Please do not trust this company at all.
In my experience, they are not a legitimate UK-based business. They only communicate through a WhatsApp number, take your money, and then disappear without providing proper service or support.

Very disappointing experience with this company. I paid for their visa appointment but did not receive what was promised, and they have failed to return my money despite repeated requests. Communication became poor once payment was made, and I feel completely ignored as a customer.

I had a very poor experience with Timeless Holidays. I paid £100 for assistance with my Schengen visa, but I received no service in return. My messages and follow-ups were not responded to leaving me completely unsupported. Please avoid these frauds.

This company is fake they don’t give any service they take your money and disappears please don’t trust them.

I got my first schengen visa smoothly without any hassel Just because of the team member james he helped me alot During the whole process.

I strongly advise everyone to be careful and avoid this company.

This company is not even based in the UK; it appears to be based in Pakistan. I feel like I have been scammed and left out of pocket.

Please be careful so you don’t lose your money like I did.

Visa Rejected.

Total Scam is what it is. No professionalism at all. I have contacted them in regards of schengen visa, which I was planning to go on May 2026.

I had my appointment on 7th April 2026 and they have issued my tickets on 25th april. It was less than the visa issual window and my visa got rejected because there wasn’t enough timeframe. I had specificaly mentioned them my travel plans is on May 2026.

No professionalism at all, calls not being attended once they have received all payments. All my documents were provided by 22:00 on 6th March where I had my appointment on 07:00 on 7th March.

Total Scam Company. I am planning for a higher escalation about this matter at the court. Companies like this should not exist if they cannot fulfil customer’s needs

This company is completely unreliable. I paid for their services 5 months in advance, but my trip was cancelled and I received absolutely nothing in return.
They took my money and are now refusing to issue any refund, which is extremely unfair and unacceptable.
This feels like a total scam.
Do NOT trust this company under any circumstances

UPDATE:

After writing this review, the company responded publicly saying they want to help.

However, in private WhatsApp messages they clearly told me that they will NOT issue any refund.

This shows a clear contradiction between what they say publicly and how they actually treat customers.

I am still waiting for my refund.

I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I contacted with regards to schengen visa appointment which they sort outed very quickly , was always stayed connected with updates .
However too much optmistic about visa approval , i eventually got my visa but missed the flight .
