When I ordered my song, I put it as a note how my son’s name is pronounced, unfortunately on the song his name was not even pronounced right so when he listened he didn’t even hear his name. I reached out to the company three different times and I haven’t heard from them. I am very disappointed.

I am going to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first about purchasing this but let me tell you what, OMG!!! This was the most beautiful and well thought out song ever!!! When I first received it, before playing it for my husband, I literally cried like a baby because it was absolutely beautiful and PERFECT!! It told our story so very well but in a song! I cannot express my extreme gratitude to whomever came up with this amazing idea because my husband is the most non-emotional person I have ever met and this song got him! He was definitely choked up about it! Thank you so much Timeless Songs for capturing mine and my husband’s lives in such a beautiful way! This will be something very intimate and personal we will share for the rest of our lives!

I ordered a custom song for $99.00 and was shocked to find double that amount being charged by the time all was said and done. No upfront disclosure of any additional fees — just a list of extra charges tacked on with zero explanation.
I reached out via email multiple times hoping for a resolution and was met with complete indifference. No accountability, no attempt to make it right — just a cold itemized list and essentially a “too bad” attitude.
This kind of billing practice is deceptive and the customer service is nonexistent. I will never order from Timelesssongs again and would strongly caution anyone considering them to get every cost in writing before paying a cent.

Same issue as others I’ve seen. Purchased unlimited edits but when you try to request edits it says the song has not been delivered even though the link to request edits is literally on the page where you listen to the song. Also no response to emails or contact request. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges for failure to provide services that have been paid for. I would like a full refund due these issues. Do not recommend anyone use the service because it is a scam.

The way the song was crafted for us is mind blowing. My husband will be floored. The consideration and the finesse use to put it all together put life in it. I love it!!!

The song captured perfectly what I wanted to convey. It's unbelievable that someone who didn't know us, captured us so well. I highly recommend this.

The process was easy. Difficult to get everything in a 33 year marriage but the song captured the best parts! Very well done! Customer service is outstanding. It has been a wonderful experience.

I paid over $300 to Timelesssong. I paid extra to get it within 24 hours and extra to be able to edit and make changes. I purchased this for my friend who recently lost her fiance.
I contacted Timelesssong numerous times with several emails and no response. They made a mistake and put me as the partner of my friend whose fiance passed away. I wanted that rectify and no reply to my email after numerous attempts. They are only after your money. The song was wrong. They didn't put enough of what I wanted in there and added things that I did not want and nothing to do with the relationship. I wished I gone with my original one that I had done two songs from. Prayer song is the best. They always response and are caring and genuine. I would have given 1 star if not for the song that was sent which was totally wrong also. Had they responded I would not be writing this review. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee which is a lie also as I emailed the next day and they did not respond to cancelling the order and for my refund. Bunch of liars and scammers. 😖

The song is great - but the promise is not. They only provide a link to the song which means you have to have internet to play the song. NONE of the marketing indicates we won't recieve an MP3 file or something that can be downloaded and saved. You can order a cassette (not!) who has a player? Get it on a vinyl (NOT) who has a record player to transport to the wedding?
