Do not use
They are cery expensive for what little they do. They wrote 2 letters that were poorly written and had us send to timeshare company. We deeded back the mortgage 10 months ago and Timeshare Legal had no idea even after we sent them the communucation from the timeshare. They will not gelp you ask for a refund of any fees. Do not use !

They were very friendly and helpful. It took longer then they said it would but they did get us out of our timeshare so it was worth it.

Excellent service and support
Extremely helpful and professional staff. We were told it would take about a year or so to be released from our Wyndham Timeshare and after one year, we received confirmation of our cancelled timeshare. We are so relieved to finally be be released of this timeshare commitment. We couldn't have done this without the help of Suley and staff from Timeshare Legal!

The people and Timeshare Legal were…Outstanding Service
The people and Timeshare Legal were very helpful and sympathetic to our needs. They listened to our issues and came up with a solution. The emails and contact were perfect and just enough so we didn't feel overwhelmed. The time it took to get this done was amazing and took much less time than I thought it would.

Results Achieved
Overall, I am satisfied that the company helped us achieve cancelation. My final account manager was receptive to any grievances we had with the process. As far as improvements, I would recommend that the frequency and mode of communication be improved. I also recommend avoiding a guaranteed timeline with results, and ensuring that customers are well informed when account managers are changed.

Our Experience with Rachel V at Timeshare Legal
Our experience with Timeshare Legal was made easy and smooth with the expertise and help from Rachel V! From the first conversation she was very clear and precise on what we should expect from Timeshare Legal and what was expected from us. No promises that could t be kept were made. We appreciated her honesty and all the time and effort that went into helping us achieve freedom from our timeshare with Wyndham. Anytime we had questions she was there to answer and walk is through it. I would suggest Timeshare Legal to anyone who needs help getting off of the rollercoaster of expensive payments and all the increases that comes with "owning" a timeshare. This company repeatedly lied to us.
In January 2024 we were contacted by Timeshare Legal to cancel our two timeshares and portfolio points. They repeatedly guaranteed that all would be cancelled by the end of 2024. The contract we signed with Timeshare Legal stated they had three years to cancel them. We repeatedly told the salesperson what the contract said. That person told us repeatedly to disregard what the contract said. That they were guaranteeing all would be cancelled by years end. None were cancelled by years end. We then had to pay another years maintenance fees but were unable to use the timeshares or portfolio points.
In January 2025 we contacted the resort to see what was happening with the timeshares and points. We then put into a three way conversation with the resort, Timeshare Legal and ourselves. It seemed like a peculiar relationship between the resort and Timeshare Legal. It appeared that there was some collusion between Timeshare Legal and the resort to extract maintenance fees from us.
We ended up attempting to deal directly with the resort again and were successful. Timeshare Legal is absolutely useless. The resort said that Timeshare Legal was a scam.
