Pour un achat en double involontaire pour un jeune de 12 ans, aucune ouverture pour le remboursement d'une place non utilisée. Renvoi systématique aux conditions d'achat. Très déçu pour notre garçon qui se sent coupable du double achat!!

Escroquerie
Inadmissible : ayant réservé un tour en tootbus à Paris le 16/7 pour le 18/7, le tour prévu n'a pas été fait, plusieurs zones et arrêts ont été évités : résultat on a vu des sex shop, mais ni le Louvre, ni le Marais, ni la tour Eiffel, et j'en passe. Les enfants étaient très déçus !! Et merci pour le tour de 2h (sur 24 réservé) pour rien voir et profiter des bouchons !! Au modique prix de 200€ pour 6.
Bien sur tiqets ne veut rien entendre et je peux m'asseoir sur ma demande de dédommagement...
A Successful Booking With Tiquets
I purchased an online ticket for an extended tour of Pompeii during April 2024 when I would be on holiday in the area. Everything went very well. The ticket was booked and paid for before I took it off my home printer. I have no complaints against Tiquets and was very happy with my tour.

Ma femme victime d'un accident veut se faire rembourser des billets ou elle ne peut se rendre . Pas de réponse au téléphone SURTAXÉ . CHAT doit vous envoyer un mail que vous ne recevez pas. Et il faut annuler 48 H à l'avance.
C'est vrai que de l'hôpital c'est facile

Nous avons acheté 2 tickets pour une ballade sur la Seine à Paris. Trop d'eau dons pas de ballade normal. Mais pour se faire rembourser par tiqets comme on dit chez nous "zobi" impossible.
Pas de service après vente
Si en cas de problème vous aimez "tchater" avec un robot qui ne vous apportera aucune aide, ce site est pour vous.
Tiquets une arnaque
j'ai commandé deux billets pour visiter Mosteiro dos Jeronimos à Lisbonne pour début septembre. J'ai reçu deux billets en date du 27 juillet, inutilisables. Aucun moyen de contacter Tiquets pour rectifier. 20 euros volés!

Bought tickets then two days later they are refunded, since the site says they have technical difficulties. The technical problem only concerns the cheapest tickets, since sale of the more expensive tickets still works. By the time the "technical difficulties" were solved there were only expensive tickets left. Extremely shady and bad customer care.

I booked a guided tour of the Sagrada Familia (Barcelona) in German language on August 7th. Guide was on time. It was a nice person but her German (she was French) was pretty much poor and she had sometime difficulties in explaining herself.
Guide never showed, still no refund
Our guide never showed up. Horrendous customer service! They kept telling me the guide said they were standing with me, I was in the wrong place, etc. we were in the correct place 20 mins early! They did not provide what was advertised! Excuse after excuse, lie after lie. They promised a 50% refund. €300 later, still no refund! I have reached out to them repeatedly and nothing! Book at your own risk!

Awful experience. Funny enough it’s very easy to use to purchase tickets. Ripped off in Rome and poor service. I won’t be recommending to friends Beware if you buy coliseum skip line tickets. It gets you entry to a few other local attractions but if you exit then go to the colosseum at your designated time slot you will not get back in. So angry. Tiquets online chat just a total waste to time. To make a formal complaint I will need to obtain some serious information about the company and spend an eternity filling in a form. Colloseum is amazing but the online company Tiquets is poor.
Bon guide sur croisière et service après vente au top
Premiere commande pour moi ,Croisière sur la Seine très bien combiné avec vol en montgolfière. Pour le vol, annulé à cause du vent. Par le chat sur l'application, j'ai eu tout de suite une interlocutrice. Jyotsana. Remboursement au bout de 3 jours.
Pas de pb pour moi et très bon service après vente. Je recommencerai avec eux
Première et dernière utilisation de Tikqets
Première utilisation de Tiqets sur les conseils d'une relation. Commande de 2 billets coupe-file pour le musée du Vatican et la chapelle Sixtine. Prélèvement 99,00 € alors que les billets sont valorisés à 73,00 € dont déjà 15,00 € de frais (fees) et qu'il y a une erreur sur le nombre de tickets facturés 3 au lieu de 2. J'essaye d'annuler - Impossible - J'essaye de dialoguer avec leur assistance disponible d'après la pub 7/7 24/24. Déjà c'est en anglais (je comprends) et je me demande si je ne dialogue pas avec un robot (intelligence artificielle) - On me réponds sans arrêt - Impossible d'annuler (même 1/2 heure après la commande). C'est de l'arnaque ?
Wrong ticket and no help
I bought tickets to a museum i Rome.
On the ticket stood, that I should be there 19.30 - 21.30. On the webpage to the museum I saw that it closed at 19.30.
I had a long chat with Tiquets afterwords.
First the said I had to com on time (19.30). I told them about the webpage, but they said that I should believe at them and not the museum.
In the end of the chat the told me that the the time was no matter and I could come when I wanted.
They don´t know what they are doing and no help when you chat with them afterwards.
Don´t use this company.
Save your money
Experience started off well enough, the person that was suppose to meet us there even waited a bit more as we got there at exact time of tour. Tour went well (tour was with an employee of the palace so not Tiqets employee). Afterwards i got a strange text saying that if i have any issues or complaints with the price I should call a number and talk to Greg. I ignored it. Later l get a bizzare phone call from a very rude guy (Greg) asking me why i made a scandal and acused them of stealing. Guy was upset and talking in a rude and accusatory manner. I told him i have no idea what he is reffering too and that I made no complaint so he must have me confused. The whole thing ruined the experience for us.
Note: while we were waiting to be scanned in I loked at official prices which were 6 euro versus the 16 euro we paid for the tour. I mentioned to my partner in spanish that we overpaid so i guess the guy overheard ... But i still do not understand the rude phone all i got. 1. That place is full of cameras and security so making a scandal there will get you thrown out. 2. I did overpay, my stupidity, I made no complaint so why am I being contacted by a Greg? In short, save your money and avoid this tour. They ruin your experience at double price.
