Such amazing customer service.
Website said it could take a while to pack & send but when I emailed at 6pm, to ask if it was likely to be in time for christmas, I received a lovely email advising they’d get straight on it and sort it in the morning. Sure enough it arrived very promptly and is exactly as described.
I’ve sinced received a follow up email, checking it had arrived and all was ok.
I’d highly recommend this lovely site.
