Performance of the server is what you would expect of minecraft hosting, and price isn't bad. But if you need support of any kind you are looking at days or more than a week to get a response. Not only that, they sell out of locations, but do not notify the customer what so ever that there is low/no stock at said location or any location for that matter, yet still accept the payment, even if you do not actually have a server. Support is a joke and unacceptable.

Edit: They report every negative review for being fake, Mayed grow up and stop being a baby. Instead of trying to hide all the negative reviews, maybe work to fix the problems people that give negative reviews have, Big Brain thinking there.

Three words, best host ever. I have used this host multiple times when it came to literally anything, the price, panel, performance, and all the other features are all amazing! I have ran faction servers (30 players), development servers, modded servers, etc. and never once have I had a problem. i7 9700k or 3700x, free dedicated IP and web hosting at 6GB+ plans (wow), and with arguably the best panel out there, is a steal especially with when you compare it to other providers. Although support is honestly quite great when you put them side by side against hosts like OVH and SYS, it could be improved :slight_smile: (I am not saying it is bad in any way)

Verdict:
Don't hesitate if you were thinking about going with Titan Nodes as your host. Literal best host out there as of right now.

My individual experience was that I was purchasing a small server and had paid and sat waiting for it to switch from being pending to online. Past experience with other hosts had me thinking no more than an hour. Couple hours go by I message the popup support and get a broad response of as soon as possible, making me decide to check the support discord out. After scrolling up the tiniest bit people were having the same complaint some having waited 72hrs after the money had been paid. I placed a ticket and asked on discord, discord response was 'today' another broad term. 12 hours later still no server so I chose to attempt a chargeback in which I finally recieved a ticket response saying to remove charge back for server and theyd get it sorted. But based on the discord and some, what I would refer to as unprofessional responses to support questions, I chose to not continue with trying to gain a server from them and responded to them about this, in which they noted they had refunded me. Overall although unpleased with never getting a server and waiting for responses, I was happy to not have to experience some of the negative experiences I read about and was overjoyed they gave a refund pretty easily.

Overall they did do the right thing, but would recommend not looking to purchase with this host if needing a server asap. There was no timeframe given or any transparency for what the situation was that was holding people from a service they had paid for. The discord support seemed extremely messy and unprofessional from what I witnessed. I wish I had found some of the bad reviews regarding the CEO before having wasted almost a day. Although not directly experiencing this attitude from the CEO i did witness elements of it just by scrolling through a public support discord channel.

Prices are very good for the quality of server blade. My server runs very well. Excellent support. I had an issues starting the server, but my support ticket was answered within minutes and was fixed.

What can I say? I've only been with TitanNodes for a month and I'm already delighted I love it!..its definitely the best minecraft hosting btw they give a very good service and at a cheap cost 10/10.

If you EVER search for an good host, I personaly think titannodes is the best out there.

I paid extra money to receive a dedicated IP with my server, but did not get it. I contacted support multiple times over several days, but only after pinging the CEO on Discord I was simply told to be patient.

I had a time-critical need for extra ports and the dedicated IP that I paid for, but received neither several days after purchase and multiple contacts with the staff team. The CEO was also visibly active on Discord but still decided against delivering the product.

The actual servers are fine but I do not suggest using this host if you want a reliable product or any level of customer support.

A bit slow on the discord support side but eventually everything is done / managed within a day or so.

En general está bueno. Lo usamos desde Argentina hosteado en Miami y tiene un ping de 120 aprox, pero anda tan bien que no se nota. Contratamos un servidor dedicado con un i9 y 12Gb de RAM, y anda bien, hasta que somos más de 25 personas. Ahí los TPS bajan a 12~16 y hay reinicios constantes (5-7 por día aproximadamente).
La otra contra además de la mala performance con no tanta gente, es que te lo venden como "almacenamiento ilimitado" pero no es tan así. Cuando lo contratás te dan 20Gb y tenés que crear tickets para que te den más, sólo te dan 5Gb por ticket, y SÓLO cuando estás cerca del límite. Incluso teniendo un dedicado. Esto hace que a medida que los usuarios generen mapa, si llega al límite de almacenamiento y no han respondido tu ticket, el servidor se cierra hasta que te den más, perdiendo muchas horas. También te imposibilita subir un mapa pregenerado grande, porque al pesar demasiado no entra, y no te dan el espacio suficiente. Entonces es un "ilimitado" un poco de mentira, y para un servidor factions es muy molesto.
El servicio de atención puede ser pronto, o a veces demorar hasta más de 48Hs, y la calidad de atención depende de quién te responda. Noto poca predisposición por enseñar a gente que es nueva en el asunto, sobre ciertos conceptos. Es preferible googlearlo antes de que te boludeen en el chat de Discord.

Have had bad experiences with other "Game Server" companies in the past but my community wanted to play Minecraft which I wasn't quite familiar with. After some searching around I discovered Titan Nodes and the support staff was very helpful in answering the couple questions I had. Staff and the Owner are both quite active in their Discord with relatively quick replies to questions and tickets put in via Discord. Their prices, support, and uptime for my "Obsidian" Minecraft server have been great over the last month and I will continue to utilize their services hopefully expanding past Minecraft.

I love Titan Nodes support! When I purchased their inexpensive services I instantly asked for assistance in setting up my Minecraft bungeecord server because I had no idea what I was doing. And unlike other hosters where they just suggest things to do and leave you. Their support team is always active and will actually say what you need to do and/or connect to your prism panel and FTP and configure it for you. (Depending on situation).
When I connected my 2 servers to the bungee server. Sulport checked to make sure everything was configured correctly.
I have had 0 downtime on all 3 of my Australian servers.

I am using a 6GB server from Titan Nodes to run a custom modded Minecraft server. Their prices are honestly unbelievable and the service you receive is not unlike other much more expensive services like McProHosting. Their support team is very friendly and willing to help solve problems on an individual basis, and very generous when it comes to giving extra storage.

Some advantages I'd like to point out over other inexpensive server providers:
- Many locations around the world (including multiple locations in the U.S.), most inexpensive hosts only have one or two
- Dedicated IP that doesn't cost extra
- Active support on discord, no need to go send emails/other crap

Performance is unsurprisingly great given the hardware, no problems even with a custom made 200+ modpack with tons of structures and mobs

I've been using several minecraft hosting companies over years and this one is by far one of the best I've had.

- Fast and great customer service
- Never had any issues in terms of server performance
- The youtube channel they are starting up with plugin tutorials looks really promising.
- Fair pricing

Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to host a server!

I purchased the $7.60 USD Stone plan (4GB RAM) and did not experience any performance issues running 1.14.4 Paper with ~4 concurrent players, while on my previous host PebbleHost (4GB Premium Plan) my server would stop working without warning.

From my experience the support staff was friendly and did their best to help me whenever I needed help.

I made the mistake of not checking my automatic payments on Paypal and paid for another month of hosting when I planned on stopping. This was entirely my fault, however I was able to get a refund from the owner.

Overall very happy.

I overall really like their Minecraft hosting, everything runs very smoothly and it's a great host. It's not too expensive either to run a server with Titan Nodes and I would really say that it is worth the price.

Their staffs are always nice as well, you get fast and good support and help with any issue you may come across.
Very patient with us clients as well and they are very social within their discord community.

The only thing I could think of that might be slightly negative is the amount of staffs they got, you do get kind of fast support if it's a smaller issue but it might take a little longer if they need a higher level support.
Though this issue is harder to fix and it's not anything that you can solve over a night. Overall they are doing fine and they try their best.

I have used Titan Nodes for my Minecraft servers for the past year and a half for multiple different occasions, from Modded servers, to Private Vanilla servers, to even a Bedrock server more recently. Out of all the hosting services, Titan Nodes is the best for quality, customer service, and customer satisfaction
