Support is always extremely slow, and some of their operators don't seem to understand their own product at times. At one point I had two servers go down and it took 48 hours to even get a response on my ticket. Avoid these guys if you like reliable services.

Also @TitanNodes- yes I am a current customer, this review was posted under a different email because I am fully aware of how you guys talk about people in your Discord server who leave bad reviews. Super unprofessional but if you enjoy losing business, good for you I guess.

First off, this review is for the Minecraft service.

Quite genuinely too good to be true! Really fantastic price along with speedy customer service. I had a question about getting a sale applied retroactively, and not only did I get a quick response even though I had my ticket as a low priority, but I got the credit applied to my account.

As for the service, we've been running for about two weeks now and have not had a single hiccup. We regularly have 6-8 people on at a time, and for the price/RAM, to not have any issue with the server is quite awesome. Very much recommend using Titan Nodes.

Hopefully this isn't biased since it's my first server service but the server runs amazing! Barely any lag, the support team is wonderful and always willing, the community discord is always engaging and Its all worth the price. Keep up the good work!

Been a client with them over 7 months now and from all experience I have got from the past 7 months I feel like to give you all a honest review of Titan Nodes.
Lets start with the review:
The pricing compared what hardware they are running is really good. On the node I have been on (EU-02) Have had zero incidents while I have been on it.
Ticket response is overall really good. (you have some days where it's dead but overall they are active and responding to your ticket) The ticket system is split into to categories. Normal tickets for staff and tickets for CEO. Normal tickets for staff are the one that are getting answered fastest and sometimes even instant reply.
CEO tickets is another history. If you get into that qoue you will mostly have to wait 2-14 days for reply (Depends on what issue you got. Pending servers are the highest priority (no suprise) and then comes backups. Then general issues. Pending servers and backups are normally fixed within 1-4 days. Other issues are getting answered within 4-14 days (Even some simple questions staff don't have a answer to)

The pricing is really good too. If you run out of storage they can increase it for no extra cost. And if you need another core to your server they will add it for no extra cost. They can also transfer you server from to other regions for no extra cost.

Website: They do offer support on their website but they rarely answer on that. So if you need support you gotta have a discord account and have the account linked to the website. If not you wont get support (explains itself so they can confirm it's you.) Their account site is WHMCS wich basically everyone other hosting website is using.

Panel: The panel is amazing and they run their own fork of pterodactyl panel. Basically means they have customized and optimized the panel for the best experience you can get. Ftp into the server and upload files is really smooth and fast upload (depends your internet upload speed tho) You can have as many subusers you want on the server and you can customize what they can access on the panel (No extra cost either)

You are wondering why I am giving only 2 stars from what I wrote and the reason why is that if the CEO qoue have been fixed it would deserved 5 stars no matter what! but when it takes 14 days to answer a really simple question and they are expanding all the time without trying to solve how to make the CEO qoue more efficient and faster. And that will tell you a lot how they priotize support. And yes the CEO gives you a real answer and do try the best to resolve your isse/question instead if giving you a simple answer and going to the next person in the qoue.

Once the CEO qoue is fixed I will make a new review and tell if it has been fixed.

Loyal, honest company. Anyone looking for dedicated staff and performance head on here!

I'm sure some of you are checking the reviews right now trying to debate what host could fit your needs, and in a short answer, Titan Nodes is literally what you'd want and need, guaranteed from a guy who lives in Australia (the upside-down place) that harbours terrible internet.

The performance is obviously a key component towards a quality built server. And I can tell you right now, they don't cut corners delivering quality with a cheap price. They offer three amazing CPU's (depending on your location) Intel i7-7700K, Intel i7-9700K and Intel i7-6700K.

The one my server runs off is an Intel i7-7700K and it can easily handle Tekxit or whatever mod pack you throw at it. (As of right now, the mod pack selection is quite limited, so you'll either need to know how to install server modpacks or you can ask the amazing support team)

Now onto the price, the price is ridiculously cheap ($1.90 per gigabyte RAM) to the point I even wonder if the CEO profits with all the discounts and compensations that are given!!

Lastly, the community is fantastic, boasting an amazing support team that is there to support you when needed, a huge amount of cool clients and newcomers that chat on the discord every so often. It's just a great experience!

Honestly, Titan Nodes is a great service, it's one of those hidden gems that you find on an old Reddit post or a forum post asking for server hosting suggestions, take it from me, someone who's dealt with over 5 different hosts in the past years for a Minecraft server.

I was quite skeptical about the relatively cheap prices compared to what they offered. But after putting everything to the test, I was quite satisfied with the performance of our server. After a node change, everything was excellent!
We ran into some issues that were quickly fixed, and requests that were addressed as fast as they could (server transfer from another host, node change, more storage). There are times that you are kept waiting for a while, but eventually you get the help you need. It's a nice touch that they manage everything through Discord instead of mails and such. Very, very recommended!

I think that there support team is very good and they have a reasonable price but I do think that one member of their support team (Alex.b) is very good he is leavel 1 support and I think they should bring him up because he is always active and really helpfull!

So the other day, I purchased the best VPS theses guys had, and I was planning to setup multicraft. After spending around 6 hours with them in there support discord attempting to set it up, we ran into multiple issues, and I finally gave up. One of the support members, Alex, suggested Pterodactyl, and I was fine with it, I just did not want to spend another 6 hours setting it up, so Alex did it for me.

Not only is this company cheap, but its reliable and the support was fast and amazing. I highly recommend you choose this company to purchase a host weather you are just starting, our purchasing some high quality hosting.

I am relatively inexperienced with minecraft server hosting. I had looked around on the internet for what server hosting to use and couldn't seem to find the one. All of the "popular" ones had terrible reviews in reality. I decided to try out titannodes because I had seem on Spigot forums that it is the best out there. After purchasing their Obsidian plan, I really see that this is true. The customer service is fantastic, as is the CEO that goes out of his way to make sure customers are satisfied.

I have been using Titannodes for 3 months now, server has been running really well for these 3 months. Barely any issues. I have had some questions, which were resolved in a matter of minutes by the excellent support team. Recently we encountered an issue with the server and paypal payment, but it was again resolved in a matter of minutes. The best and cheapest server hosting place out there.

Have been using Titan for a few weeks, servers run great. Had an issue installing mods, figured it was something I was doing wrong, per being new. Decided to toss the question in the community discord, the CEO Mayed replied and had me setup a support ticket to make sure they could help me out. His team walked me thru every AWFUL question I had with no worries. 8/8 would r8

Excellent quality at really good rates. Support is prompt and very helpful. Servers have minimal downtime and strong performance. Definitely the best option for minecraft hosting out there.

A very inexpensive and reliable hosting service, their servers has great specifications and by purchasing specific plans you'll also get better . Their support is great but the waiting time can be loong depending on timezones. But I can 100% recommend using this for hosting your minecraft server or website etc.

I've had numerous hosts over the years as I create servers for a hobby, and Titan Nodes has honestly been one of the nicest, smoothest, and best experience yet. The community discord is all very responsive and helpful, and the servers are astounding. I have yet to run into a problem, and if I do I know I can always ask for Discord support and have help within minutes!

So this is my first time doing anything like this.and honestly the staff is super helpful and kind.it makes me very happy that i got my services throught them.thank you

I give Titannodes a 4-star rating. The support of Titannodes which is top notch! Only why I do not give the full 5 stars has to do with the fact that it sometimes takes a while for a server to be fully activated when it is newly purchased. For the rest the owner and the entire team! Keep it up you are really great!
