I bought two DiabeFit. It is an oximeter. 8 emails later to replace them. Nothing. Out 60.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! BOGGEST SCAMMERS!

I ordered the device that was empathised only to find I was sent a pulse oximeter. I contacted the company per mail and I asked for a refund and to return the product as they offered me a 15% discount and I informed him this was not satisfactory as it was not what I ordered. I am still waiting to hear, but I would definitely say it’s a scam.

Ordered the product: diabefit.
Never sent, was told that it was delivered.
After emailing them a number of times, after almost a month a product was received.
It was not what I ordered, it was a finger pulse oximeter.
I don't think this is a reliable/legit company.
I would not recommend ordering from this site.

I gave Tivanta a 1 star rating only because I could not give it 0 stars. I ordered a medical device from them and they sent me something totally different that I cannot use. To resolve the issue they offered me a 40% refund, they keep 60% of my money and I would not receive the product I paid for. They obviously do not have the product they advertised, a clear "bait and switch" scam. This is an illegal business practice per the U.S. Federal Trade Laws. The two company addresses in Sheridan Wyoming and Eugene Oregon appear to bogus addresses (you can google the company in those two cities and see for yourself). Avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and give you nothing.

got scammed just like every body else, sent cheap oximeter just tells me how to use it and no way how to return it and just quite answer my concerns

je n'ai pas reçu les articles demandés. J'ai reçu 2 oxymètres au lieu de 2 appareils pour diabète. On m'a demandé de les retourner pour être remboursé mais ça me coûte trop cher, soit presque le coût de mon achat. Je les conserve donc même si ça ne me sera pas utile

Too bad there is not a 0 star. They claim a 4.7 trustpilot, I could pretty much copy and paste the others, Ordered the diabetfit received a pulse oximeter. They ‘offered’ replacement or 25% refund. Notice the ad shows 90 day 100% satisfaction

Wish I had checked here first. I will attempt to go thru my CC company. Oh, and it was shipped USPS.

Tivantra is a real scam. No blood sugar test. Just a ceap oximeter for $46. And they use the federal FedEx for shipping their scam. I am reporting it to the US postmaster

This is a scam I got a defective AD901 finger pulse oximeter . Im going call my bank and the Better business B I want a refund ALSO DONT TRUST fkn face book

Ordered Diabefit trademarked device for measuring blood glucose.
Item received was a cheap pulse/oximeter.
Customer Service advisor (Cris) replied by Email stating that the item was a blood meter. It isn't.
Now, my email address has been blocked and I cannot contact the company.
This is a SCAM. AVOID.

I ordered a monitor for the blood, diabetic and they sent me the pulse and Oximeter. I sent them a note and they said the item they sent was correct. I asked them for a refund and haven't heard anything back. Scam do not buy from Tivantra

Wrong item sent and you have to pay around £8 to send back to China, Then cant gaurantee to get your money back.

I received, on Sept. 26, 2026, a defective finger-pulse oximeter of some indeterminate brand instead of the DiabeFit device that I ordered on Sept. 13, 2026 in response to a Facebook advertisement. The oximeter does not even work with the batteries that came with it or with fresh batteries I substituted in an effort to make it work. The product sent is worthless. I am considering complaints to the consumer fraud divisions of the states' attorney generals of New York and Illinois, the jurisdictions apparently involved in the order and shipping of the product. I have asked for a full refund for the price and shipping of a DiabeFit, not contingent on return of a worthless, defective oximeter. I am awaiting a response, but not with abated breath.

Ich habe ein Blutzuckermessgerät bestellt und bezahlt.
Ich bekam aber ein Pulsmessgerät und habe das sofort reklamiert. Es wurde mit einem Schreiben reagiert das ich das richtige Gerät erhalten habe. Daraufhin habe ich die genaue Bezeichnung des Gerätes der Firma geschildert mit der Bitte es umzutauschen. Darauf kam genau das gleiche Schreiben wie am Anfang aufgeführt von der Firma. Ich gehe hier von Betrug aus.

I ordered a Diable Fit diabetic monitor and received a Finger Pulse Oximeter. After many messages to them giving them my order number all they came back with is that my order was Right and they had sent the right article. After looking on reviews feed back I now see this a regular thing they do. DO NOT USE THEY ARE JUST SCAMERS

I ordered 2 diabetes blood glucose monitors, but received 2 oximeters instead. I was so disappointed! What a scam!

Betrug, man bekommt nicht die bestellte Ware!
