I ordered one bottle when I went to pay they added an extra 2 so ended up paying for three this is £109.95 l messaged them straight away to cancel but was told it was too late to cancel, so they have arrived today and I’m now trying to send them back and at the moment not having lot of luck,

Beställde för 497,50 & fick en bekräftelse från Klarna på nästan 1400. Någonting extra som jag inte ville ha ingick.

Jag känner mig lurad för att jag beställde preparat för prostatabesvär. Istället kommer bantningsmedel! Väldigt avancerat bedrägeri: en lång och övertygande beskrivning av en läkare som inte existerar (ej som urolog), plötsligt vid beställning dyker upp tre burkar som man egentligen inte vill beställa och till slut strax efter beställningen (några minuter efter) kommer "belöning" som kan beskrivas med "om du skriver din recension får du 100 kronor tillbaka", samt som "erbjudande" gäller inom några timma! Men ingen har kunnat få eller provat produkten inom så kort tid för att kunna bedöma om det var rätt produkt eller om den funkar! Därav en del vilseledande och bra recensioner här på Trustpilot!
Om du är i tankar att köpa och ser min recension rekommenderar jag bestämt att inte göra det. Bedrägeri!

I disliked that the price appered at first in the very end.

I placed order and only agreed to a 30 spend which I approved with bank but they too additional 73. They will not respond to emails. I have yet to receive what I paid for. Taking it up with bank

Total scam, nothing to do with hearing loss, like everyone else, order 1 bottle, take payment for 3 . Total fraud.

Jeg havde kun bestilt en pakke, da jeg har diabetes og skulle kontrollere om produktet var foreneligt med diabetes. Det var det IKKE. Forsøgspakken derfor skrottet. Nu dukker der så en ny portion op, som jeg ikke har bestilt og de har brugt mine kortoplysninger til at hæve 514kr. på min konto. Pas på - føler mig snydt.

My experience mirrors virtually everyone else's. My main complaints are

1. I bought the product following a presentation by Paul McCartney about hearing loss/tinnitus. However I find the at he does not promote or endorse Revixol. Please explain.
2. I just put Revixol into Google & find it described as a weight loss/metabolism product. But it was advertised for hearing problems. This issue also surfaced in my many emails to Revixol.
3. Use of 'up-selling'. I wanted one bottle but was told I had ordered 3 then I was told a further 2 were being sent - after I had restated that I wanted just 1.

You do not get what you think you’re ordering, they take additional money from your account, you cannot cancel, minutes after ordering, they say it’s been dispatched, their link for returning the unordered item does not work, best course of action is to report it to your bank

I felt very pressured by the hard sell and add-ons that were almost impossible to delete. At that point I decided to check the authenticity of the product, starting with Sir Paul Maccathy’s alleged endorsement on the sales advert, only to discover that Sir Paul has nothing to do with either this company or the product, so I cancelled my half completed order request immediately. I’m still receiving daily emails from Revixol asking me to ‘complete my order’ despite my instruction to cancel my details from their database. Be warned, this is not ethical behaviour from any truly reputable company!

Na het zien van een (uitgebreid) filmpje over prostaatproblemen, het aangeraden product besteld.
Helaas ontving ik een ander product waar ik niet voor had gekozen. Om die reden het teruggestuurd. Een bericht ontvangen dat het product is geretourneerd, maar geen enkele reactie, laat staan een teruggave van het geld. De firma is ook niet eenvoudig te bellen. Kortom een waarschuwing als u bij deze firma een bestelling doet. Ik in ieder geval nooit meer.

I can only review the process of ordering as I have not received the product and tried it. I t was easy to complete the order but I am always put off by multiple offers you can give me as an add on, these should follow in my personal opinion about a week later so we can realistically decide if we need anything else.

Didn’t want to know about weight loss product. Very pushy. Makes me doubt this is real.

Complete con and false promises. I cancelled my order within 1 hour of making it as allowed according to there website and they refused to accept saying my order was eing processed. The reason I cancelled was that I mistakenly ordered some diet pills rather than deafness cure. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

They subsequently failed to respond to 3 emails regarding their returns policy so I have alerted trading standards and contacted my solicitor.

Whilst they say that I can return the goods they refuse to,send me a returns firm to complete. I have emailed 12 times regarding this matter and it seems they are ignoring me. Do not believe their reply. They pretend to be reputable but are clearly not

DON'T BELIEVE THEIR RESPONSES. THEY WILL SEND A POLITE EMAIL OFFERING EITHER A 25% REDUCTION OR FULL REFUND IF YOU COMPLETE A FORM. IVE ASKED FOR THE FORM ON 17 OCCASIONS AND THEY WILL EITHER SEND A SUPPOSED LINK WHICH IS MERELY TEXT OR COMPLETELY IGNORE THE REQUEST TO SEND EITHER AS A DOC OR PDF ATTACHMENT. THEY MAKE OUT THEY ARE BONA FIDE BUT ARE NOT

They are con artists.
The purchase process is designed to completely confuse you and you finish up paying three times more than you thought you would.
They refuse to refund the amount you never wanted to spend. There is more, but the really big lie, or CON if you will, is that the product DOES NOT CONTAIN the ingredients they say it does ... Olive oil and garlic.
They do not feature in the list of ingredients according to a simple google search.
Please stay away from Revixol.

I believed that I was ordering 1 bottle and checking my bank, it was now 3 bottles that I had paid for, I read up then about the company and they said it was not for hearing problems, which I had watched an advertisement for. I got in touch with Revixol and was informed that I could have the product at reduced price or would have to wait for the product to arrive then send it back at my expense, the refund form to fill in has so far not materialised,have i been had or what.

This company is an absolute scam – AVOID at all costs. I tried to buy one bottle thinking it was a £30 hearing loss loss product as per the Paul McCartney Facebook advert but when I went to check out I realised that they had added all sorts of extra products to it and instead of the cost being around £30 it was £130. I quickly tried to backtrack out of the website and closed everything down and definitely did not check out. Even though I had at that stage put my credit card details in I saw the total cost wasn’t what I had expected and I did not press anything further. However, I have subsequently received an email saying that my order has been placed and my credit card would be charged. I immediately phoned the company and asked them to cancel my order, but despite it being less than an hour since I was in their website, they claimed it already been dispatched and told me that there was nothing they could do. I am absolutely devastated - I am on a pension and can’t afford to lose this money. Disgusting company

This is a total scam!
There is what looks like an endorsement from Paul McCartney for hearing loss treatment but when going to checkout what they are selling are weight loss capsules
They took the money from my account before I realised what they were selling but even though I tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes I was told it could not be cancelled and offered me a 25% refund which I have declined twice so now I will wait to see how good there money back guarantee is.
My advice is DO NOT!!! Deal with these crooks

Complete scam. Advert says for Tinitus, when they arrive bottle says for weight loss!!!! Tried to cancel within 3 minutes of a second payment taken from my accout, was told too late despatch at been processed!! Lies paperwork shows despatch on next day!!!
Wont respond to emails at all
