I needed to contact Customer Service as EVRI did not send 2 orders to me despite being dispatched by TJC took care of everything for me within 5 days and have sent me replacements. The Customer Service agent Kushagra was polite, professional and friendly. He is a credit to TJC

Might have been a poor review BUT
I ordered an item, it was delivered quickly by my past TJC experiences, great updates & tracking, the problem came when opening, the packaging of the actual item (a power bank) was damaged & there was no charging lead, it was also marked so I suspect a previous return that had been sent out......
I contacted Customer Services & this was where that potential poor rating became 5* .....the lady I dealt with on the phone was excellent, understood, resolved the issue, arranged a new item & I could not have received any better service

I ring up to find out where it is and apparently this hasn't got trackable " tracking number " but they assure me it will be here by Saturday! What company takes over a week to deliver item that has already dispatched and cannot track an item but they send you a tracking number. I want a replacement sent out or a refund with a tracking number i can trace!

Honestly disgusted. Such cheap rubbish that falls apart within days and awful cusomer service. Have emails as proof. Do not waste your money
UPDATE
I chased this up yesterday and was told i would have to pay £180 for the ring to be repaired. I was then told after a further email that ot was still being reviewed After stating my case and pointing out the diamond falling out was no fault of my own the case has now been resolved. Just a shame it took so much effort especially when id only had the ring for a few days

I find some of their Jewellery very beautiful and especially online and some in real are not as nice as the pictures etc. I feel every peice of Jewellery should have a video showing the item on its own at all angles and then with a real person wearing it.
It would be better for customers to gauge how it would look in real on a hand

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received. I raised a complaint on 2 March regarding a fault with the online order history. Despite numerous emails, the issue was not resolved until 16 March, and I still need to verify whether the system is now functioning correctly. The same problem occurred previously in December 2024, indicating an ongoing and unresolved technical failure.
Furthermore, I have recently, and not for the first time, stopped receiving the automatic email notifications that acknowledge returns and refunds. It was concerning to discover that a Customer Services representative was unaware that these notifications are standard TJC procedure.
Of even greater concern is a serious breach of data protection. Without my consent, TJC Customer Services decided to print my full order history, covering many years, and send it to my home address. I was informed that this was dispatched either on 2 March or 7 March. As of today, 16 March, no such correspondence has been received.
Despite repeated requests for clear information regarding the method of posting and their many deadlines for giving me an exact reply , I received only formal but uninformative responses that failed to address any of my questions. The handling of this matter has been wholly unacceptable and falls far below the standards expected of a responsible organisation. In addition, all my requests for this complaint to be escalated to Customer Service Managers have been ignored.
Today, I received a further response regarding the fate of my full order history, which was supposedly posted to me many days ago. It appears that Customer Services now considers this matter closed. The reply was so inadequate and dismissive that I was left unsure whether to laugh or cry. Here is their reply signed by a Customer Service expert:
"... Regarding the printed copy of your order history that was arranged to be sent to your home address, the dispatch was handled through a third-party mailing service. As the mailing was processed externally, we unfortunately do not have access to the tracking details or the specific postal method used for delivery.
At this time, we are unable to confirm the exact courier provider or service level used (such as Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, tracked services, or Evri). The documents were submitted to the third-party provider for dispatch, and delivery times may vary depending on their processing and the postal service handling the mail.
If you have not yet received the documents, they may still be in transit. In some cases, undelivered mail may be returned to us by the postal service. Please be assured that the documents will not be delivered to an incorrect address, as we take data protection and potential data breaches very seriously."
By claiming to take “data protection and potential data breaches very seriously,” they proceeded, without my consent, to print out my full order history spanning many years and send it out, yet they cannot confirm with whom it was sent, how it was sent, when it was sent, or when I am supposed to receive it. This is my opinion and experience in dealing with their customer service: they have effectively allowed my private information to be exposed, placing it at risk and seriously undermining any claim that they take data protection obligations seriously.

Returned earrings (value £9.99) as they arrived broken . Returned at my own expense (£3.15). Sent covering letter requesting full refund to include postage as per consumer law. I received acknowledgment of return but only received a refund of £7.49. Very disappointed as my previous transactions have always been satisfactory. Order reference

I would advise everyone to look at their budget payment invoice. You may be in for a surprise on the overall payment because as I discovered they claimed i owed them a large amount of money. All i owed them was £13.33 and when I payed it off I discovered they owed me £2.00 . So I suggest that you take a good look at past and future payments check it against your bank statements. They don't like it when they get found out they try and worm their way out . So because you have caught them out they will probably cancel your account as they did to me.

I strongly advise anyone with a problem to speak to either if possible. Siddarth is just known as Sid .i wish they would give lessons to the others.
