STAY WELL CLEAR - absolutely appauling company. The quality checks this company employs are non-existant. We had to order new panels three times because the paint finish was so poor and they still could not send out suitably finished panels. We had to get them done by a professional in the end. I would stay well clear of this company if you are offered their kitchens, and they didn't seem to care one bit that they were sending out sub-par product.

We've been using TKC for the supply of our doors and panels for years now and we can't fault them. Their products are extremely high in quality and the selection of ranges and colours they have available are fantastic. Mike on the Trade counter is a real asset to the company - always very attentive, helpful and gets the job done with ease. Darryl has also been a great help over the years, too, in assisting us with our orders and any queries we have. Lucente porcelain matt doors have chipped and bubbled within 2yrs of fitting. Because they only deal with trade, if your fitter ceases trading you as the customer have no comeback. Poor product. Do not use a fitter who buys from TKCabinets (not TKC kitchens- a different company)

Really nice staff and really helpful on stock and items. Hot cup of tea while I waited for my items to be delivered to my car

We have always used TKC for our kitchens and have always received great service. Today we had an issue that was our fault. Claire in the Paint to Order Department was able to help us, very efficient and quick, calling us back to confirm she had managed to sort our problem out and get items ordered and delivered to us. Thank you

Do not buy Vinyl Wrapped doors or draws as they are rubbish, they start to delaminate within 12 months, I have 24 kitchen doors most of which are delaminated and TKC. Co.Ltd have not responded to my complaint, they just ignore you.
Avoid like the plaque

TKC.Co Ltd have responded, only to say they will not honour any warranty as the company who fitted their products in our home has ceased trading, so any warranty is null & void, unbelievable!!!, they offer no responsibility to the end customer of their products.
They could give a discount on further purchases, though I somehow don't think I would trust their products and as pensioners we could not afford and should not have to replace these units again, especially within a warranty period.
Very disappointed with this company.

Really good quality kitchens supplied and fitted by a local company in my town.
I have two holiday cottages and chose the painted fir green and meridian blue.
The paint finish is beautiful with a slight sheen, doors thick and solid real wood.
(I had read less favourable reviews but my kitchen retailer explained there is another company called TKC that is completely different and nothing to do with the main company). Hence I am writing this review as both the Jigsaw kitchens I have had installed are really stylish and top quality and I am very pleased with the whole service.

I bought a kitchen off them through the range warehouse on delivery 5 doors chipped after a bit of tooing and froing they replaced them days later we noticed more chips and scratches appearing we called out the salesman from Jonas and James in The RANGE WAREHOUSE in Stockport the salesmanwho looked at the doors and was surprised how easily they got damaged he did a scratch test on one of the chipped doors with his car key he lightly scratched off the finish with his key on camera saying these are nothing like the samples he had in store the very ones he showed me before I bought the kitchen A few days later a full new set of doors plinths corner posts pelmets end panels ect were delivered I was assured that this batch would be of the quality of the sample in the Range Stockport shop the fitter started to remove and fit the second delivery of doors ect at my expense I might add and on taking protectiv wrapping-off reveals more chips ect the salesman who sold me the kitchen was called out immediately he came out on his day off and again scratched one of the chipped doors with his key again on Camra he was shocked at the result the finish scrapped off the same as the first batch next day I was asked to take off and deliver a couple of the doors back to the Range warehouse Stockport because TKC obviously didn’t believe him or didn’t want to TKC say they wanted to test them there self now they say they want to to send them away for testing which I’m told this could take weeks we are already10 weeks with no end in sight at this moment in time I have a substandard kitchen not fit for purpose fitted and another pilled up in my house (the first one)and can’tget them to shift the damaged and substandard doors ect TKC should no be allowed to rip people off do not at any cost buy a kitchen from JONAS and JAMES in THe RANGE WAREHOUSE because they get all there kitchens from TKC up now as we speak KTC are dodging their responsibility and so it seem is JONAS and JMES in THE RANGE WAREHOUSE fair play to the salesman for going the extra mile he’s up against it because he’s having to sell junk with absolutely no back up from his senior management they have left everything to him no one of authority has contacted me about this debacle shame on you KTC and JONAS and JAMES RANGE WAREHOUSE Stockport

I have had my kitchen installed a year ago, I manage a showroom that sells kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, my kitchen looks as good as the day it went in and I wish I could upload photos to show that the quality is far superior to most on the market, all soft close as standard, we sell ALOT of thier kitchens and the service is second to none, a very personable team that we deal with that helps us with our customers, I would HIGHLY recommend thier products, please don't be put off by installation issues as its not TKC's fault, they purely provide the materials.

We started fitting our kitchen in Nov 21. We’ve had wrong sized doors, damaged doors wrong paint finished doors. These issues didn’t happen once either, nothings has been learned from each episode. Lots of the damage was avoidable, not packed correctly, no corner protectors, bubble wrap etc. one delivery came with the green sticky tape used to wrap it, stuck to the paintwork. We’re still awaiting the final replacement door 2 1/2 years later. In the meantime the chips have started appearing again and we’ve still not been signed off. These painted doors are not fit for purpose in a kitchen.

Avoid at all costs!

awful company to deal with, have had kitchen about 2 years and one of the doors has blown. they will not speak to me direct, even though i have explained the kitchen fitter i used has gone out of business.

now left with a damaged door, and no help from TKC

perhaps if they see this message, then can advise how i can get this rectified.

They do not supply touch up paint for any painted doors which is ridiculous

Ordered the kitchen from TKC / Jigsaw, took 4 months to for the kitchen to be completed because all the parts came in different deliveries. The doors are a Matt blue and 40% of them were chipped on delivery. They send replacement doors but they were also chipped on delivery. Over the months that passed while waiting replacements the original doors have become very easily chipped and now looks horrible. Had a rep round who ordered Evan more replacements but they came chipped. TKC / Jigsaw after my comments to check the paint process replied saying there’s nothing wrong with their paint.
Now 18 months on and my kitchen looks about 20 years old.
Totally disgusted with TKC/Jigsaw’s customer’s service and product.

My kitchen fitter ordered our full kitchen from this company, after 3 years the vinyl came off the doors,the rep came and said they would replace them, it took 6 months to get only a part replacement,mainly because they refused to deal with me directly and my kitchen fitter was to lazy to be bothered chasing them up,when I eventually got some of the order they were a different name and colour, apparently came from Lithuania
So needless to say I would not recommend this company's goods!!just be aware they will not deal with anyone other than their customers, whether you have the goods in your home or not !
