We couldn't be happier with the service we received from John Baker. He did an amazing job fixing all the snagging issues with our kitchen, and he was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. He even took the time to tidy up before leaving. We are thrilled with the end result, highly recommend!

John Baker came to my property to complete some snagging on behalf of our builder, he was brilliant. Lovely guy with great attention to detail and resolved the issues we had to the best standard.

Morley took his time and care. Paid attention to detail. Replaced broken panels. Explained how to make adjustments in future to the doors.

He dealt with everything professionally from start to finish, was courteous throughout, and showed great respect for my home while carrying out the review. We honestly cannot thank John Baker enough. After an absolute nightmare with our developers and this being our THIRD kitchen due to their errors, John completely restored our faith.

From the moment he arrived, he went above and beyond. He handled such a stressful situation professionally, calmly and genuinely cared about getting things sorted for us. He even went down to site himself and contacted his bosses to investigate what had happened with the missing and incorrect items.

John was there first thing in the morning and stayed until late, even helping other contractors because the developer had failed to arrange anyone else. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his work ethic is incredible.

Not only is the workmanship fantastic, but he is also such a lovely, hardworking and reliable person. After months of stress, John was honestly the one person who made this process manageable for us.

Great customer service intervention for previously completed work. John did a great replacement for us, he asked for our input & was keen to show us the improvement he'd made. Job was well finished & everything clean & tidy when he finished.

I want to give a five-star rating to service technician Mr. Tom Holland, who visited my home today to repair my kitchen sink. He came to fix the missing brackets, but found it nearly impossible to reach the area due to very limited space. He first suggested using silicone gel as a solution, but when I explained I was not happy with this option, he listened carefully and fully understood my concerns.

He quickly came up with a brilliant alternative idea: removing a section from the other side of the kitchen cabinet to create enough space to access under the sink and properly secure the brackets. Throughout the process, he was kind, patient, and communicative — he even coordinated with the builders and his supervisor to get the work done properly. Within a few hours, the sink was fixed perfectly. I no longer worry about water leaking under the cabinets and causing damage, and I am extremely happy with the result.

I wish Mr. Holland every success in his work — he truly went above and beyond!

John is brilliant at his job and a credit to Symphony

Ashley Wilson came to our bungalow today to look rise and fall work top.He was extremely polite,took his shoes off due to new carpet and new exactly what the problem was.I would welcome him back anytime.What a lovely gentleman.

From booking the appointment on the phone, assessing what was needed to fitting, all went smoothly. Kurt went above and beyond in fitting my units. Thank you!

Symphony were called out to fix part of the wardrobe which had come off due to some screws snapping and to fix a door that wouldn’t close properly. The technician Jon Pritchard, who arrived was very helpful and informed us that the wardrobe hadn’t been installed properly by our new build builders and none of the doors had the ‘soft close’ feature applied. The shelf was fixed and the doors were corrected so that they all now close in the correct order and use the ‘soft close’ feature. All of this was completed very quickly.
