I saw an ad pop up on Facebook, I decided to try Tmates, I live in Ohio, there are several of these sites, but it obviously was a catchy ad, because I ignored the scam warning that popped up when I went to the site, I went through the basic initial questions, was preapproved. of course it made you PAY, I paid $347. for a consultation and meds. Next step was to schedule a consultation, it said pick a date and time. when did everyday, for EVERYDAY it was blocked out. So I started asking for a FULL refund, well, then suddenly I started getting a response, at this point, I did not trust anything about this company, and started demanding a full refund. They would not refund, a NURSE NOT DOCTOR called, denied my perscription, she said she had in front of her I had taken the meds for 60 days in November, I had explained to her that is wht I was requesting a different medication because I could not tolerate the previously rx med. Long story short, she still denied my request, and kept the $147. for consult fee, they are saying I will get the remainder back. But when I asked the "nurse" about why I was not getting a full refund, she kept saying things like "look at your account history,..." while I had her on the phone, I told her there was no where on the page that I could see, any dollar amount what I had paid. She said "well I can see it on my end" Just BEWARE do not use TMATES, their reviews are wiped I cannot find any, there are just better sites that will not steal your money, because this one will, I will be lucky if I get half of it back.
